Roland Arvostelua 3

I’ve been running two Roland LEF2-300 printers for several years and still love their print quality and reliability overall.
However, both units have had recurring issues with white ink clogging and heavy ink waste, even with daily use and proper maintenance.
I’ve always used genuine Roland inks and followed every recommended procedure, but the white channels require frequent cleanings that add up to significant cost.
I really hope Roland finds a better long-term solution for the white ink circulation system because the machines themselves are excellent in every other way.

Their customer support is horribe. We own multiple of their printers. Didn't know that when they break down and contact their support for help on a warranty that you pay for, that they don't honor it. Had to contact them multiple times just to get a tech to come to our business to fix one of our machines. Another time we contacted them, it took them a month!!! to get to our business. Not a good company to purchase from if you ever need to get your printers fixed, even when under warranty. Going to find a new company to purchase our next printer.

I would give negative stars if able. I have had 4 of their printers since February 2024 and they've all broken beyond repair within a month or two. 10s of thousands of dollars for a printer that can't last longer than a month is insane. They push bandaid fixes until the warranty runs out and stick you with thousands of dollars for repairs.
