J'ai acheté un tee shirt,apparement beau sur la photo,mais deguelasse en realité,le genre de tee shirt a 3 euros au marché,moitié filet de patate,moitié serpière,rien a voir avec la photo.(prendre une taille en dessous)
L'envoi etait assez rapide,je l'ai retourné a mes frais 12 euro,ils m'ont remboursé en 5 jours.Site assez serieux apparement,dommage pour la qualité mais je pense que je ne recommendrais pas.

I heard a lot of good things about Rogue, for having high quality products and good customer service.
So let me give you my experience...
I ordered an Ohio Power Bar, it arrived after ten days and is completely unusable... on one side there is no bushing and the sleeve is completly loose, just dangling and rattling around. Fun fact on the very same sleeve they atached the card with who build it and who did quality control. Must be some sort of sick joke.
Whatever things happens right? So I take pictures and send them to customer service... waiting for three days right now and everybody is just playing dead, no answer whatsoever.
I will wait maybe another 2 days, after that I will claim a case with Paypal so I can at least get my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ROGUE EUROPE!

God kommunikation. De annoncerede allerede inden bestilling af varerne, at de ville være lang tid på vej. Herefter informerede de fint undervejs indtil varerne dukkede op i dag.

So.....I have to give them 4 stars, I've read all the reviews so will explain what happened in case anyone has the same experience. I ordered an air bike and delivery was set for less than a week later, nothing turned up. Delivery was then set for the foll day and again nothing turned up. I created an acc with UPS to arrange delivery as couldn't wait in again. UPS didn't recognize my shipment or ref numbers and told me to contact Rogue as they had no knowledge of any package for me. I rang Rogue but couldn't get through, and with all the bad reviews it wasnt looking good. I emailed for help to Rogue and PayPal, but....within 24 hrs, the shipment number had changed and my delivery status was giving me more information and the bike was delivered. So dont despair with all the bad reviews, i was panicking but I ordered on 21st july and it was delivered 2nd aug. Hence my 4 stars, would of been 5 if shipment details were better.

Worst company iv had to deal with. Waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery date came and went with no information on when I would receive it. I'm currently trying to cancel my order but no one is answering my emails. Avoid

Two times in a row i paid for 6 items, and the website just 524'd so my order wasnt placed but i was withdrawn 3000 NoK (300 dollars ish). And last time i was refunded 2858 NoK, probably gonna be the same this time.

I ordered 2 pairs of Rogue kettlebells (20kg and 24kg) and what with the pandemic and the UK leaving the EU there was a delay, which was clearly stated on the website. When the kettlebells arrived I opened them only to find the handles on all of them were damaged and would tear up my hands. I contacted them by email, sent them pictures, and they responded within an hour or so. They said they could either send me replacements that they would inspect before dispatch, or refund me 20% if they were still functional but not dangerous (or pretty). I asked them to ship me some new bells, which they did the same day. Sophie D kept me informed every step of the way and took ownership of the issue and its resolution, to make an unhappy camper a very happy customer. I inspected the new kettlebells when they arrived - and they were great - informed Sophie they'd arrived. She contacted UPS to print out return labels so they could collect the damaged ones and return them to Rogue Fitness Europe. Excellent products and customer service.

Similar to other reviews you can not fault the products from Rogue. Despite paying a premium, you know you are buying quality that will last.

What is disappointing with Rogue is the length of time you have to wait for stock, and the lead times to process and delivery your items. I purchased some additional bumper plates which were quoted as 12-14 delay on dispatch (which I can live with), I have since received an emails stating there is a delay of circa 15 days on top of the original 12-14 days. For an organisation like Rogue I expect better.

Hi bought a pair of Metcon 3 from Rogue, they are discontinued and no longer available from Nike. A lot of places are offering them for £80 in the UK, however they were not as mainstream as Rogue.

I paid £130 for them from Rogue, that's full RRP, however when I received the trainer's they were used, with hairs inside, dirty soles and creases in the front of the trainer's.

I sent pictures to Rogue, they replied and said they were sorry I wasn't happy with the box but I would have to pay to return them. I challenged this and resent the pictures, ai also raised this with PayPal, guess what - the second agent said they could see the issue and they would allow me to return free of charge.

I tried to add a review against the trainer so they are transparent that the trainer's are used and not new, Rogue didn't add the review, twice.

I'm told the U.S Rogue team are alot more customer focused, not sure what has gone wrong in Europe.

My advice is to avoid and use a local, more reasonability priced supplier.

Die Qualität sucht dennoch ihresgleichen.
Vor allem kein Vergleich zur Simple Products Stange die wir vorher hatten und zurück gegeben haben.
Die Ohio Bar ist teurer als die Simple Product, aber um ein vielfaches besser verarbeitet.
Die teilweise Aggressive Werbung in einem deutschen Podcast vermittelt, dass man in Hamburg gute Ware kauft.
Wer sich davon überzeugen möchte, wartet Monate auf die Ware und lässt sich schnell enttäuschen.
Nicht bei Rogue...

They can't get their head round the fact that it's immoral to take your money for "in stock" items and then say that they're out of stock. If you are buying in £s , then there are fees that you incur to buy in euros. Good luck getting those back if you are refunded. Rogue's legendary customer service doesn't seem to work in Europe. If they have a store in Australia , it must be worth opening one in the UK , which has a much larger population.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible customer service and FedEx are a shocking courier. I first got an email saying that attempted delivery and left a note, they didn't. I then called 3 more times and they said each time that they would schedule delivery for the next day. They didn't!

I just keep getting emails each day with the delivery date being pushed out.

Rogue customer service are useless! No phone line in service and they blame Covid. Everything is back open, and how do you have a customer care team who can't field a phone call remote!

I'm looking for a customer care manager to contact me ASAP to resolve!

Op 10 januari 2021 een online bestelling geplaatst, maar na 5 weken nog steeds niet binnen... krijg ook nooit een bericht met hoe of wat, moet elke keer vanuit mij komen... ook geen oplossing en dat ik maar geduldig moet blijven wachten... echt wat een DRAMA.. bestel hier online NOOOOOOIT wat!!!!

Leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Hatte mehrere Bestellungen und lediglich eine kleinere Rücksendung die angeblich nie angekommen ist. Benötigte dann für DHL eine Bestätigung und erhalte keinerlei Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice. Schade...

Terrible customer service and poorly finished products.

I order 135kg of plates which arrived and they are functional, however, they have a poor finish on the plates i.e. poor spray painting and many chips of the edges of the plates. As I said the plates work fine, I did leave an honest review on their site with 3 stars, however it was not posted. I then contacted head office and reported that my review was not posted and asked if they cherry picked only the positive reviews, as I felt this was dishonest and misleading to potential customers - still no response. I have left a couple of months for them to respond to my queries. So due to the fact that they will not respond, nor post my review. I am here to give my opinion on their customer service, I think it is wrong of Rogue to ask for customer reviews, to then only put up the positive ones.

Bought three kettle bells and paid extra for their shipping, however after three weeks of waiting only one arrived. There is no sign of the other two and customer service just refers me to the currier, which don't have working tracking numbers.

well made as usual, delivery not to badly impacted during covid, wind guard for bike was cracked but bike itself all good.

Confirms the order on a Friday
takes the money etc, then cancels it on the Tuesday after

Absolutely shocking and a waste of my time

Shame as the equipment is great but awful service

If you live in europe don't buy from this brand, if you don't make attencion they send the purchase from USA you need to pay extra taxes from the importation and Rogue don't care about it. They say: " This is in the internal policy". Rogue don't warn you before you buy, only after.
Terrible service and attend worst
