I turned up on the day and one of the guys spent as much time as I needed picking both rims and tires and they were then fitted within the hour. It couldn’t really have gone any better. If you have your heart set on a specific model, then it would be best to ring before to check they got it in stock, They were out of stock of one or two models that were suitable for me, but that’s a sign of the growing popularity of this company.

Brilliant really happy with the wheels and delivery

Fantastic company who really know their stuff 👍

Can’t fault the service I received from rouge alloy’s from initial contact to hand over of vehicle after fitting. Hospitality great highly recommend go Rouge .

Appear from review to be good when they get it right, but awful when they get it wrong. Sent out wrong wheels, a decent company would apologise and do all they can to get new set out. They didn't, they didn't return calls, claims sent emails, but didn't, lied on phone and in no hurry to get me the correct wheels, still not sent out 2 days after getting wrong ones back, despite knowing the date of return days before Thankfully I got a refund.

Just a quick note of thanks for supplying a great product. The wheels arrived in pristine condition, looked awesome on the pallet but look even better when I managed to get them fitted to the van!
Thank you for your oversight of my measuring the stud pattern too. Saved a lot of hassle through your questioning attitude.
Would not hesitate to use Rogue Alloys in future!!

5* Company in both purchasing and after sales

Purchased some wheels at the start of the year, where comms were great, keeping us updated on progress as we’re out of stock at time. We were happy to wait as they were the perfect wheels for us! The wheels/Tyres themselves are fantastic and were loving them!
Had a minor issue recently however the after sales is on point and was smoothly resolved without issue

Big thanks to the team at Rouge Alloy!

Over and above on the customer support, cannot thank the guys a Reading enough for sorting out the wheels and tyres on my motorhome

I placed an order over a month ago and never received it. The company was rude in communication, repeatedly gave misleading information, even shared a fake tracking number, and eventually stopped replying to my emails. Full of lies and no customer service. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company.

These guys are so helpful and approachable.
They made the whole experience a joy .
Credit to young Louie he worked hard and was very pleasant .
All the guys looked smart and very efficient.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company . It was worth the two hundred mile round trip considering I had many places I could have gone to around my area . Well done Rogue top marks 👌

I ordered my wheels and tyres online on a Saturday afternoon. The following Tuesday they were delivered. I had them fitted at my local Pro-Tyre outlet, without need for balancing. They run sweet and look awesome, cheers to the guys at Rogue Alloys for a fantastic product and 1st rate service.

What an amazing business, brand, staff and customer experience!

Started with Chris replying to a late night email, to within 12 hours of that driving away with a new set of wheels and tyres!

The staff were super friendly, had my little 3 year old lad with me who loves anything with wheels, so he was in his elements! They made us feel really welcome.

We had our wheels installed by Jay and another lad (didn't catch his name), both brilliant, very careful, again, everyone in the workshop embraced my lads, which will definitely be another customer when he comes of age! Maybe sooner if he had his way! Ha ha

Thanks again guys, and all the best for the future,

Great communication and delivered within days. The last piece in my van conversion and couldn't be more pleased! The wheels are quality and you get peace of mind that you are dealing with people who know their business!

Excellent customer and quick service, fair pricing and discount offered. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. excellent service all round . Very good prices. Great shop to browse. Fitted the same day 👍👍.

I had my wheels fitted today at Rogue Alloy and I couldn't be happier with them. The guys fitting them are knowledgable, polite and happy to engage in conversation. The office staff are so helpful. Everyone has a smile on their face. That speaks volumes about the company. Amazing, first class service. Great effort by all.

Excellent service, called midday and had my sprinter sitting on lovely alloys and bf tyres after lunch. What a service!
Comfortable waiting areas with clean luxury toilets and refreshments FOC.

Couldn’t be happier, purchased the CC3 alloys. They weren’t in stock at the time but communication from Dustin was spot on and they arrived as expected and an appointment was made to fit my own tyres on at their warehouse.

Love the look and ride is great. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service at any point of the transaction.

I needed a alloy wheel as a spare. Ordered with roguealloy. great service they called to double check on the wheel i needed as my motorhome is a bit of an odd one. It arrive in good time with advice to double check that it fits. Only issue was the studs on my van are short. they are sending a set for the wheel. Great service.
