Rock Machinery Arvostelua

Happy with the wood splitter, does exactly what we want it to do.thank you.

Machine was received on schedule and was packed
securely on a pallet.
Telephone call I made was a good experience.

Great service and helpful follow up call. Thank you.

I had a query and Allan at Rock phoned me with an answer. The machinery is excellent quality and with my little Kubota I was able to drill 10 holes in hard clay with ease.

Great lack of manuals and don't return calls when questions asked.

Delivery prompt and efficient. Well packaged and received in good working order. Quality product.

Very good communication and customer support

Great service, delivered on date promised and excellent build quality.
A great company to deal with.

Product delivered on time. Machine works well and performs as shown in demonstration videos. Overall appears to be a good piece of equipment

10/10 GREAT COMPANY / GREAT PRODUCTS

Amazing company and what a brilliant machine

howv easy was to use

The Venom 15tonne arrived very swiftly considering we are in remote Argyll. It is simple to operate and is powerful enough to split even knotty and twisted logs rapidly. The only (minor) criticism is that the metal prongs designed to push off a log which is jammed on the blades on the up stroke are not strong enough and bent on our first splitting session. Otherwise a very robust and effective splitter.

Great product, quick service and delivery.

Bought v22 log splitter a couple of weeks ago. Excellent machine, well built with loads of grunt. Haven't found wood it can't split yet. Company easy to deal with and very helpful. Don't believe what the other manufacturers say about Rock Machinery, it's just sour grapes. Went to Royal Welsh show to buy a splitter and got told a load of rubbish about Rock by all the Companies with splitting machines there, I thought this sounded like unfair bad mouthing so took the risk to buy from Rock and I'm really glad I did as saved a fortune.

Great product, great service

Excellent service and friendly staff

Well made log splitter
Sent well packaged

Exactly as expected all good. No problems. Satisfied customer. Would seriously recommend this company. Machine works a treat.

fast turn around of order, everyone contacted have been Very helpful, the log splitter as been in use and well pleased should have bought one years ago, super machine well built, the only build comment would be cat two pins and top link bracket would have been a nice chouse to have had as being used on bigger tractor, would certainly recommend the 14tonne log splitter.

Very helpful with my many questions I have the 15 ton Venom and wished I purchased it years ago beautifuly designed and very robust really looking forward to putting it through its paces as I have an oak tree that will need splitting up.
