Top Class product, communication & service👍!

Smooth seamless transaction. Made a couple of phone enquiries which helped me decide which machine was best for me. I went for the 22ton Venom Log Splitter With Table ton with Honda engine.
Perfect choice for me works brilliantly.

Delivered in two as stated. I would not hesitate to use company again. I leant about the machine and company from ex boss

extremely fast delivery. thank you

Does exactly what is says on the tin! Portable and manoeuvable.
Value for money. Prompt delivery and very helpful driver.

I have 3 machines from Rock Machinery, all built around the Briggs & Stratton engine platform of various sizes. Easy to start, easy to maintain. Their machines will do what they say they'll do. Good machines, easy delivery, great service.

Great company to deal with owner was helpful and gave me knowledge

Fast delivery and a great machine.
Tested it on a few gnarly rings that had defeated my old splitter, it went through them like butter.
Looking forward to using it.

We split 10-15 trees a year and the 22t splitter handles everything we need. Vertical option allows us to split large roundals making handling easier. Service and delivery was great. We have been using for 2 weeks and a few bolts have come loose. Will have to check regularly.

Took delivery 8/7/26. Build quality is OK. Had to adjust some cables. Had to reroute some cables, to stop them catching on anything. Mower deals with large nettles OK, but will not deal with long grass, it just gets pulled in and wound around the rotor. Emailed Rock with a few queries and got no reply. Not a very good experience.

I originally ordered the wrong spec splitter online but resolved by the company quickly and without issue. Great communication through the delivery process. Splitter delivered, ready to work. Really impressed with the company, product and the courier. Would strongly recommend.

Communication and prompt sales service are excellent with Rock machinery, however I feel that I was slightly mislead over their video demonstration techniques, the chipper is a well built good quality machine, but doesn't fully fill my requirements

Having borrowed a Rock machinery log splitter and being extremely impressed with it and having used it for a considerable time I purchased my own.
Great machines and a very pleasant, helpful and
efficient service is provided by them.
I think they are good value and well built.

Very prompt with info, and a very easy to use web site, which offered a free item valued at £180 for the amount I spent. Log splitter is spot on and does exactly what the company says on web site. Very pleased and after showing a friend of mine it working, he is going to buy the same model, 22t towable log splitter excellent.

From my very first phone call to my last email, everyone at Rock Machinery are all very helpful and knowledgeable, they know what they are selling and know all about there product.
I wanted to know about a 12 ton log splitter no matter how many times I emailed them Cara always replied, she must have the patients of a saint after the amount of info she willingly gave me.
I placed my order and from ordering the task begins to build your log splitter, then once it's built it gets filled with oil and then gets put through it's paces, and when that is completed they carefully place it onto a heavy duty pallets and put chocks front and back of the wheels so it doesn't move around while on the pallet, its all wrapped in clingfilm for protection and then gets a nylon strap over it to secure it to the pallet.
There delivery is 24 hrs and from ordering to delivery was 6 days, there wasn't a single mark on it, and the beauti is, its fully built and ready to go, I got a 12 ton because that was all I could afford but I am amazed at the power of the electric eco 12 ton log splitter, it has powered its way through everything I have given it to split, its not yet failed to split any of my wood which has been well seasoned the electric motor makes a bit of noise but nothing like what a petrol powered log splitter would make.
A fantastic piece of kit, I just love it and using it, I can't wait to get my left load of logs for it to split, and its pretty quick when it comes to log splitting and you can do a whole load in a very short time,
I would definitely buy another 12 ton log splitter from them, they design them build them and everything on it is replaceable from any good hydrolic stockist if you ever have problems further down the road, I am glad I brought this model rather than a bigger higher tonnage splitter, that would be waisted if your someone who is doing enough for our own personal use,
Thank you Cala and the whole Rock Machinery team,
The delivery service was brilliant and the driver was really helpful with our delivery, I was going to take the fence down to get it into the garden because its about 1.5of an inch wider than a 3ft standard gate, well done to the driver all well, top marks

The log splitter was as good as I hoped works well
