Terrible service, I ordered a leap motion controller that was “delivered” over a month ago. Well it’s not here, and after challenging the purchase on PayPal all they did was link the “delivery notice” that I already submitted since it’s the only information I have from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

After only two years of service, the plastic axles of my SolarSun automatic skinner paddle wheels have got worn out, making gears rattling instead of propelling the ship. Despite the evident refusal of the firm to produce the necessary spare parts, Robotshop has found proper parts to help me out of that mess. Robotshop thank you a lot. It took you three months, but you did it. Thank you!

Facing issue with our litter robot I got I. Touch with customer service.
I was quickly connected to support who ran le through various procedures and provided me support to try fixing it
As it could not be fixed I was sent all part required so I could repair the litter. Very quickly parts were received and I could repair the litter robot
Really great support accessible and I was always feeling understood.

My experience with ROBOTSHOP was great, I always had honest answers from the support center that i could trust, the shipment took exact time as thay said.

I needed a piece of equipment for our operation delivered quickly for a project. I called the Robotshop customer support and Jade was fantastic to work with. She helped lookup what the delivery times would be and what would be the best delivery option for the device I was looking for. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly!

Helpful and friendly support staff who were happy to help amend my order. Order came quick and was tracked all the way which is nice.
Delivery is quite expensive but good and I would suggest some better filter options when searching for components, like max current etc. Otherwise it was pretty good all-round

Friendly support staff, got me the answer I was looking for quickly. Question was about shipping of back-ordered item, and staffer remembered me from previous transaction which was nice.

Returned some products which I had ordered, and they handled it just fine. Good service.

Really not that great to be honest. Over £10 delivery fee to post 25 litter tray liners that you can only get from them. When you question the delivery cost you just get a reply saying its correct.Then when they get lost by evri (surprise as should never use but hey very cheap) I get no response. So so disappointed as the products they sell are great.
