I recently ordered a Ted Baker top from this company which arrived promptly but had to be returned because it was too small. It was immediately exchanged for a larger size free of charge and I am happy to recommend Robert Goddard for their first class service.

Sub standard delivery service which got much better
So far this has not been a good experience. Ordered a cap and a week on still not sure where it is in the process. You pay for delivery service which is very sub standard.

I wrote to the co and they responded really well by apologising and sending me a replacement in the post which arrived next day. They said they were unlikely to use this chosen courier again. From a poor start I now feel the customer service to resolve the matter was first class.
