Roamingmood Arvostelua

I was having a very difficult time purchasing the airline tickets that I needed but fortunately enough for me the customer service representative Lenny received my call and went well above and beyond to assist me. I am forever grateful for his help and patience. He literally saved me from a nightmare of a situation. Thank you Lenny so much.

Lenny is great in his job. He is so nice and he try to speak in Spanish with me to help me and also he was a lot of patience. Thanks

Although I couldn’t get the flight for the price on the app. Kristina was still able to help me get and secure a flight at a decent price.

Lenny is very professional and attentive. He listen to customer with patience and try to find good solutions in an efficient way.

Lenny was awesome, he warranty me my price over my booking and also mentioned I was going to receive my boarding passes and I received those in less than one hour. Great customer service experience and great price deals for flights.

Kristina was above and beyond the points, no every company had employees who taking good care of the costume , she know how is costume serve representative, she deserve more than five Starr 💯thank sweetheart for taking good care of my fly schedule ❤️

Lenny is simply the best ! He took care of us and continues to do so even after everything is confirmed.

Kristina Was Absolutely Amazing, She Took Her Time And Walked Me Through Every Step, I Would Use Her Again

Beware! The customer service is not honest. If you buy from this site and try to make any changes they will charge you more than the flight and additional fees. We canceled and they told us we could use the credit to book with the airline. What they did not state was that the airline will charge you additional fees just to use the credit.

I have been trying to send a review but when it comes to retrieving a code on email we’ll I can retry it but then cannot get back to review to enter it. I would like to add to my review. Jerry was very helpful in putting my mind at ease as I was very skeptical as I had never heard about Roaming mood even the name is skeptical but after talking directly to him and another agent put my mind at ease. Why calling Delta direct to purchase ticket is twice the price. I was sent my E tickets so I’m confident my trip should b great. I’ll write another review after my trip and hope my experience will put others at ease. Thank you Jerry and the other agent

Ben was so helpful and made my experience very easy ! I will definitely use this site again

Worst of all. I've never seen such a scammer in my life.
please think twice before you book through this site. It is a seer scamming site.

Ben provided excellent service. We for our tix at a great price. Thank yoh!

Worst experience. I book a flight and they not send tickets, don’t answer by phone, by email, nothing. Maybe is a fraud website. Take care guys
