Richer Sounds - York Arvostelua

Once again a very positive shopping experience. Great TV too!

Great service, ordered over the phone and spoke to Kevin in the York branch. Very happy to help and completed the purchase after a little difficulty with the payment going through. Ordered on a Tuesday, delivered by Thursday. A****

Superb tv (LG Qned), price and delivery were great. Only issue was with the York branch, who advised me that they had an example of the tv in store for me to view prior to purchase, but having made a special 80+ mile round trip it turned out that they only had a previous years lower spec model on display. Disappointing from a service perspective but took a punt by buying the tv online without seeing it first and have to say it is all I hoped for, so apart from a wasted journey, no real harm done.

V helpful and informative advice. Competitive price and a great warranty.
Welcoming retail environment

One of the best for customer service I have ever encountered. A quick call can get all your enquiries and orders placed. Quick to offer help and future support and their warranty is a huge peace of mind.

Very helpful & easy to deal with, nothing too much trouble. Other retailers could do with some staff training from Richer Sounds !!

Telly spot on in caravan.

Knowledgable, friendly and exceptionally helpful staff.

Staff always friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to help. Great advice and feedback. Called me back with extra advice . Priceless. Why go anywhere else for me.

I ordered a pair of Sonos Era300 speakers from them under their friends and family scheme. Also a Sonos Arc Ultra sound bar and Sony Bravia 55" Oled TV. Their service and communications were excellent. Delivery on both occasions was on time and went without a hitch.

I had been looking to upgrade my TV to a 55 inch LG G5 55 inch OLED before the world cup started and had searched through all the suppliers website sites to work out the best value deal. Over a period of 5 or 6 weeks, Richer Sounds consistantly offered the best price on this item but in addition to that they were offering an LG Soundbar to go with the TV at a fraction of its value when bought with the TV I wanted. When I checked the latest price a week ago and they were offering the soundbar for zero cost I made the decision to visit the store in York to discuss the deal. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and answered all my questions. They were also offering a free 6 year warranty on the TV so I purchased it and the TV and soundbar were delivered the following day.
They are both set up and working perfectly and I couldn't be happier with both items. If you are considering making a purchase of any electrical items, I recommend you have a look at Richer Sounds before going elsewhere. If my experience is anything to go by, you will be impressed with what they have to offer

New smart TV. Jery good service in the shop and a masterly introduction to the system by their free lance installer.
