Richer Sounds - York Arvostelua

Excellent company. Frendly knowledgeable staff. Always a good experience.

The service was prompt polite and helpful. Both of the members of staff I interacted with to have my headphones replaced were excellent.

I was interested in headphones and was helped to buy a perfect set. Just what I needed. Great expedience. 👍👍

The people know their products very well and can answer questions with clarity and confidence.

Pricing is competitive and guarantees usually exceed other retailers.

Great service as usual from the guys at York branch.

I recently part exchanged a Mission amp & speakers for an Orange Box L Bluetooth speaker & Project phono box with the York store. The staff were all very helpful responding to my initial enquiries over e-mail. I went into the store & Joe the manager gave me a demo of the Orange box & explained how I could use my existing turntable with it. Joe also went above & beyond as he offered to collect the items I was part-exchanging & did so once I had boxed them up. I was really impressed by the level of service. Thanks Joe & the team at York, I am really pleased with my new purchases.

Very helpful guy I spoke to. Sorry, didn’t get his name.

We had a great experience at the York store. Mike helped us decide on a replacement TV game giving us clear detailed advice which enabled us to make an informed decision about our purchase. He was knowledgeable and empathetic. Received the TV within four days so good service all round. Brilliant. Thanks

I am a perfectionist and I could not fault the service I experienced, it was exemplary. Brilliant product choice, brilliant price, brilliant communication and with very knowledgeable staff.
So obviously I would wholeheartedly recommend them

Great service from everyone in the York shop as usual 👍🏼

We were most impressed by the level of technical expertise from Aaron.
We had many questions which he answered fully.
The turntable and speakers are fantastic value!

They rang back as they were busy when I initially rang.Got everything right and delivered on a day to suit me.

I have ordered my new Marantz av receiver on the telesales. At the moment it is not in stock so I am awaiting delivery. I was very happy with the service I received over the phone with Aaron.

Kevin's advice was priceless as it combined clear, understandable explanations with expert knowleged of technical issues. Equally important, he offered a more competitive package than the one available online.

I had an excellent experience in your shop. Your staff member was really helpful and explained everything very clearly so that I could choose the best product for me. I am delighted with my new radio so thank you very much.

Helpful staff. Good price. Prompt friendly delivery (arriving when they said they would). Much better than an online A**z*n style experience.

I received excellent service and got a quality product thanks to reviews
