I ordered a 43 inch Samsung OLED TV which worked fine for the first couple weeks but then the screen stopped working suddenly, and the TV became faulty. I called up customer service and explained my situation and they instantly agreed to send me a new TV of the same model, and to arrange a collection of the faulty tv within a week. All went well and I’ve never had customer service like this from anywhere else before, so I’ll definitely be telling more people about this store.
