Richer Sounds - Telesales Arvostelua

I rang and asked for a price match, prior to purchase. This was granted and exceeded. I also had a customer service voucher to redeem.

The only negative was that trying to do this online was thwarted by the webpage demanding which branch I had already bought the product from.

The helpful guy I spoke to said the item was in stock and could be delivered next day which it was and within the couriers time slot.
So I am really pleased with the service I received and the price.

Product knowledge, Price, Service, Delivery and Patience on phone calls.
Highly Recommend.

Really pleased with the service and price. The customer services agent (John) was very helpful.
The length of guarantee for the TV is far better than the company I normally buy from. In addition, there was no extra charge for delivery. So far, all of the products are working exceptionally well.

Very helpful and willing to deal. I initially visited a shop but it seems they could not be bothered if i i purchased anything or not, telesales couldn't be more helpful.

Ordered by phone. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable service. Order arrived quickly and seems to be operating fine. 5 year warranty impressive.

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, and the good arrived the following day.

As usual great service and advice and great value. Purchased many items from richer sounds and have never been disappointed

Spoke to Jeff in the telesales team and he was great. I got exactly what I wanted, and even though they said delivery was 3-5 days on my headphones they were in my hands less than 24 hours later, I can't say better than that!

Purchasing a tv and related item was very easy
Simple and quick The entire process of buying and delivering was prompt I will trust Richer Sounds for my future purchases and would highly recommend to all prospective customers

Knowledgeable staff friendly and easy transportation.

Ive used Richer Sounds for many years bought multiple items and never been let down by them. Customer service are easy to get hold of and all of my emails have been responded to in a timely manner. Website is easy to navigate and finding the perfect product has never been to complicated. Withbthe added bonuses i got my new tv at the best price i could find online and deluvery was fast and well communicated. Will happily use for future purchases.

Tele sales was easy, and product delivered the next day.

Jeff was very helpful and gave me a great price match with a discount too.

Superb Speakers and a great purchase made all the easier by the sales assistant whose name I forget. My sincere thanks to him. This purchase replaces a pair of speakers that are over ten years old and were originally purchased from your Prestwich store by my late father, who had been served by Adrian, who always enquired as to my father's welfare, something that I will not forget in a hurry.

I ordered my LG TV LG43QNED71B6B from Richer Sounds using their telephone order line due to having a voucher to use. The sales person was very helpful and made the ordering process seamless.
The TV is very good with a good viewing angle and good sound considering we are not using a soundbar. It also comes with a 6 year guarantee.
In my opinion Richer Sounds are the only company to purchase a TV from.

Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgable staff.

Really refreshing to deal with a company that hasn’t outsourced their customer service to another country and doesn’t use convoluted robot phone menus.

Excellent customer service.

Really helpful with a phone order
, very knowledgeable staff. Very quick delivery too!
