For my room.
Very helpful and fast delivery.

Over the years we have always purchased our TV's from you. Richer Sounds give excellent service with good after sales service.
Excellent delivery service too keeping us up to date with delivery time.

Attentive staff always looking to help you with getting the right equipment and at a good price.
My first place of call when it comes to buying AV equipment

Great service. The manager came out to give us advice on the surround sound system and provided different options to suit our budget. Also recommended an all in on one soundbar that was in the clearance for another room, and it is great too. Staff and service were excellent overall, and the cinema system was delivered on time. It's now set up and is working really well. A huge improvement on what was there before.

Helpful staff in store which made our subsequent order via phone through the store really straightforward

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. James gave us great advice on choosing the best sound system, set it up for us to experience and even drew us a wiring diagram to help us set it up at home. He even tested our old record player for us. Superb advice and customer service. Thank you!

After experiencing Richer Sounds sales expertise on our last purchase, when we needed a TV for my elderly mum, I knew there was nowhere else to go for the best sales service and advice than Richer Sounds Preston. Their knowledge, advice, before & after sales service and their genuine wish for a positive customer experience is refreshingly different from experiences in other larger mainstream stores. Pay Richer Sounds a visit….. you won’t be disappointed.

I visited the Preston shop and appreciated seeing actual TVs and the help offered by Matt. Speedy delivery when I ordered online.

Thanks

wide choice and price range. Found just what I was looking for. Delivery was fast. Would recommend A+

Attention to detail and ensuring they understand the Customer’s requirements.

We went into Richer Sounds, Preston, looking for advice on TV soundbars. Matt was fantastic, courteous & patient. We were looking primarily for tv soundbars experience but also some separate music experience. We knew nothing about soundbars. Matt explained the different options and demo’d them all. We were delighted to buy two Polk Signa 2 soundbars. These were dead easy to set up at home and give us fantastic sound at an unexpectedly affordable price point. We will definitely return for future picture or music tech and we would fully recommend Matt & the team at Richer Sounds, Preston, without reservation. Thanks Matt 👍.

I went into Richer sounds looking for a set of speakers for my hifi system. I was given excellent advice on what to buy and did so , and am now enjoying my new sound system thanks to the Richer Sounds team who gave me such expert advice. I will be back again in the future for my next project.

I got my money back and started my search on the internet! I can show you both receipts!

Knowlegeable and helpful staff. Explained all options offered advice and as I needed a new stand showed me different options includi g a stand that fixed to back of tv whoch would then rest on existing tv stand.

I sent an email to the Preston shop asking for their best price for a SAMSUNG TV and Recorder and player.
Howie answered my email with good prices so we went into the shop to ask advice on both.
