Richer Sounds - Oxford Arvostelua

Excellent advice and service from Paddy and the Oxford team including flexibility to change my order. I really appreciated their ability to accurately predict when new stock would be available which was spot on!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and don’t try to blind you with science

Oxford store people are most helpful.
Range of products great.

You walk in the store, nobody jumps on you. You get greeted in a friendly and polite way. When you are ready, the staff are on hand to offer, help, support and very professional advice.
The pricing is about right, but more importantly the service is bang on. Next day delivery, if what you want isn't in the store. What more do you want?
Thank you.

Great knowledge and excellent value. I would highly recommend.

Always great service from knowledgeable people. Love Richer Sounds. Always recommend

Kaz, the manager was really helpful.
Although we couldn't try out the speakers we wanted (and this is our fault for not booking that in) he was able to talk through the best possible options and explain installation etc. A very welcoming place with very knowledgeable staff. I doubt I'll go anywhere else for media devices from now.
Competitive pricing too.

Bought from Richersounds the price was right , in stock , and the people were nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service from the Oxford branch for a phone purchase.

Fantastic customer service and very good price and deals

Great knowledgeable staff, friendly and patient.
Thank you for helping us

The in-store service and advice was great + phone calls were good.Less good was the delivery with two timed deliveries missed and eventually the delivery was made at least 2 hours late. Delivery men were helpful. Wall bracket packaging was damaged badly but it was ok inside.

Excellent service and knowledgeable.

Extremely helpful and professional in all departments when my tv developed a fault. A fabulous company, highly recommended. *****

The order arrived for local click and collect on time and the TV stand was easy to assemble. Local staff were very friendly.
