Richer Sounds - Nottingham Arvostelua

advisor was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to place an order over the phone- which was delivered the next day . Excellent service

Wanted a new TV and after a lot of research settled on a Loewe 48" Stellar. Very few places offer this make of TV so visited Richer Sounds in Nottingham. Firstly, free parking around the back of the shop in a city centre is a real bonus. The staff were friendly, attentative and knowledgeable. No rush and no pushy "commission based" sales! Ordered a new Loewe TV and also invested in an ex-display Panasonic Ultra 4K player with a reasonable discount off both. Would not hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds Nottingham!

Very helpful staff all problems resolved within 24 hrs

Great quality speaker cables were measured and trimmed to perfection. Thank you.

As ever with Richer Sounds, their service and turn-around is excellent, and I recommend them for their choice and availability of products and technical advice a pleasure to deal with, certainly at the Nottingham branch.

Good Price, excellent warranty and helpful, friendly staff.

Great help from Rob at richer sounds , wanted a freely box he advised us on both it’s limitations and its positives.
Saved us money on getting a aerial fitted, thanks rob and the team at richer sounds happy with the product.

Great service as usual.

Team member was brilliant and showed me some great options for future music system upgrades. Really passionate and knowledgeable and headphones I bought were at the best price by far compared to other shops and online. Amazing place.

The person who took my call was friendly and very helpful. It didn't take very long to place my order and I'm looking forward to taking delivery of my mini radio/CD player in mid July. I've dealt with Richer sounds a number of times over the years and it's always been a pleasant experience.

The shop staff gave good suggestions.

I was extremely disappointed with the courier, Furdeco. On Friday, they emailed me asking me to call them. I did, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and was then told there had been no need to contact me.

Then, on Monday, they came but did not knock on the door, and the delivery appeared to be missing. When I called, they said they could not come back because they were too far away. However, according to the tracking, they had been here only 10 minutes earlier, so how is that possible?

Fortunately, the shop staff found a reasonable solution.

Cable Guys Ltd, on the other hand, were very reliable and professional with the wall mount. Excellent service from them.

The staff at the Nottingham branch were great. The CD player I was interested in (Onkyo C30) had been removed from the company's website and the staff told me that new stock was not expected for another 6 months. However, they had one opened but unused in the store. They offered to sell it to me with an open box discount which I happily accepted. Easy transaction, with no sales pressure. I was very pleased. I would Highly recommend Nottingham Richer Sounds. The CD player is excellent too, well deserving of the good reviews it has received.

Excellent knowledge and service as always.

Efficient and pleasant service by knowledgable staff.
