Richer Sounds - Newcastle Arvostelua

I had some issues with my TV, but the customer service was excellent. After discussing the problem, they arranged for my TV to be replaced with a brand-new one. The replacement process was straightforward and handled quickly. I’m very happy with the service and the new TV. Great customer support and a positive experience overall from the staff at Newcastle.

Friendly staff member offered great advice. Bought TV at excellent price with a guarantee that couldn't be beaten.

Very quick delivery and good service. Notified as soon as item was ready to collect.

Great business to shop with. The sales staff & manager could not be more helpful and are very knowledgable when guiding me to the best product to purchase for my needs.

The two guys that delivered my purchase to me also need a mention as they were two gentlemen. Their attitude, care and professionalism showed through. An excellant representation for their company.

I'd ordered a Roberts radio online and asked for it to be delivered to a store as I didn't want it leaving on my step.

The notification came quickly and the product was in the store in a couple of days with no trouble at all. No problems whatsoever.

I had a television delivered and I realised I had ordered the wrong size when I rang Richer Sounds they could not have been more helpful I ordered a different television which was delivered promptly and the original was returned I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy from Richer Sounds again .

Enjoy coming in to the shop and receiving great advice

Budget speaker stands ordered after seeing them in store. Clear and knowledgeable advice as ever from the Newcastle store.
Stands arrived within 2 days. Delighted again with my purchase from Richer Sounds

The chap (sorry I’m terrible with names) who helped me was great. He explained everything I needed to know. Gave me a couple of suggestions. Then helped me the day after when I called back to order something else.
Great store, friendly staff would recommend.

I've never had a bad experience with Richer Sounds, this was my first time visiting the Newcastle store and the team were just lovely - I'd only purchased a cheap pair of headphones, but the experience was welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. I will be back!

We were given helpful advice and bought a product which was what we wanted.

Excellent friendly and very knowledgeable service.
Very quick delivery.

Excellent service as always from the team

Excellent service all around, amazing and friendly staff, fantastic customer service, very competitive prices and wide range of products! Couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent service from a professional, really good price, could not deliver on day I wanted so they knocked £10 off the bill. Brilliant.

Everything went through very easily and product was delivered on time although when informed by DPD items were going to be delivered at a specified time I did inform them that I wasn't at home and could it be delivered next day and they confirmed this but items were still delivered the same day and was left with a neighbour. I appreciate this was nothing to do with Richer Sounds but otherwise all was good.

Helpful staff. Quick delivery.

Colin advised us straight away that we might not need the product (preamp). So it proved. We ask about record players if a better quality than ours and he made it v clear. Will return come the time.

Very accommodating staff and the product is great

Excellent customer service as always. Been using Richer sounds for many years. Needed to upgrade our old Cambridge audio system as DAB tuner no longer viable with most stations moving to DAB+. Now we have an internet streaming unit that has excellent sound reproduction and is surprisingly easy to use.
