Richer Sounds - Milton Keynes Arvostelua 

I live an hour away so called to double check stock, I got through to another branch and they said she would get Milton Keynes to call me back. Within 5 mins they called me back, very helpful, reserved the TV for us and very polite!
TV ready for us when we got there, another item that they didn’t have in stock was delivered 2 days later, they’re just really polite, helpful and made it so easy.

I really felt valued as a customer. Time was taken to understand what I wanted and at the store, I was able to try different products I wanted to listen to.
There were no pushy salesman trying to close a 'deal' which was nice .
Because of this experience, I decided to buy from the store with confidence.

I bought a Cambridge Audio AXA25 amplifier to replace a similar amp which had failed. Had useful advice at the Milton Keynes store and they even took my old amp for recycling.

Adam at MK waited for us to make contact (after greeting) and listened carefully to our requirements.

We were given space to discuss between our selves and make a decision. We walked out with one product (Ruark S3) and the second item (Roberts Reva) was delivered as promised the next day FOC.

We are very pleased with both items.

The whole experience from choosing our item to delivery was excellent.

Richer Sounds has a nice range of Electronics available if you want to update TV or HiFi spec. I visited to buys new receiver for my sound system. I had already researched prior to my purchase so didn’t need any guidance, however the team is very well at hand if needed.
The receiver I wanted wasn’t in stock but they offered next day delivery to my home which certainly arrived.
My remote for the receiver malfunctioned on day 2 but a phone call to Richer Sounds and they replaced it immediately.
The guys know their stuff and although the shop may not have a wide range as the likes of Curry it’s quite nice to not be overwhelmed by too much choice and get individual recommendations and customer service from someone who knows what they are talking about.
Will definitely be back

Good price for a quality product & it is based in Milton Keynes. What is there not to like.

Had some great advice about what products we needed that fitted our budget - ie turntable, amplifier, CD and radio combination and speakers.
Staff were very knowledgable and helful and carried everything out to our car which we were able to park outside the shop

Got a great new tv from Richer Sounds - ship to store was extremely fast and staff are great, warranty fantastic. The only criticism I have is the website showed a few TVs available that were in fact not after calling.

In store service was excellent, competent people. Unfortunately the CD player was delivered damaged, nothing to do with the delivery company, the box was fine.
After posting this review within a few hours Richer sounds contacted me to swap the CD player, that deserves a five star rating.

I was really happy to get my faulty mini amp replaced with absolutely no grief but I did ask several times if I could get a replacement shipped to me and return the faulty one but that request seemed to fall through the cracks even though everyone said it was possible nobody actually dealt with doing it so I had a 90 minute round trip otherwise everyone was very helpful

Shop experience very good.
TV delivery poor,late and tried to delver to the wrong house.

Terrible experience. Went in store to get advice, got ignored. Waited and gave up. Ordered turntable online. It was faulty. Told to take it to store where they would help. Were of no help and didn't know anything about turntables, advised us to just get our money back. Richer sounds are supposed to know hi-fi. Very disappinting experience and nothing like they used to be.
Said they would be intouch, but no one has bothered.

It was a pleasure in sourcing my new hifi system. I appreciated the demonstration area and the significant help provided by your very knowledgeable staff.

They have a good range of tv and hi Fi products and they had what I wanted in one of their warehouse’s and got it delivered to the store of my choice in 24 hours

Great communication, speedy delivery to the Milton Keynes store, and excellent hand-over. The manager even carried everything out to my car! First-rate service as always, and amazing Hisense telly and Panasonic BR player. Thank you!

Great staff and assistance to diagnose amp problems!

Well, it started with me getting a pop up 20% discount which wouldn't accept the code when checking out. After showing the salesman a note from AI which said the code was legitimate it was decided to let me have the discount after previously saying you would not. However I have now been charged twice and I am about to pay nearly £2,000 extra for the same item. Somehow the CC code for the higher amount when checking out had been accepted even though I hadn't managed to enter it.
Adam was very patient when trying to enter the code.
