Richer Sounds - Lichfield Arvostelua

Answering the phone in a timely polite manor, very competitive pricing with price match if you happen to find product cheaper.
Extremely quick delivery even if product not instock at local store with a 1 hour
Delivery notice time slot.
Excellent service from the Lichfield store as per usual.
Thank you Dawn the manager and team.

So easy to talk to someone real not a recording or AI 🙂
Everything was straight forward and with exceptional professionalism.
We have bought from this company before and will not hesitate to buy again .

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Reserved my surround sound system over the phone, picked up the same day and a customer service agent helped me load to my vehicle. Definitely use again, thank you.

An error with the courier meant delayed receipt of my order but the staff at Lichfield went out of their way to sort it out. Offered home delivery, calling immediately when it arrived.
It’s not just how a shop works when it all goes smoothly, but also when things happen that are out of their control. Great staff.

Excellent advice over the phone and then flexibility when the Richer Sounds payment line failed (apparently not unknown) to take payment from my card. Quick delivery to store and flexibility when to pick up. Will certainly use again!

Tom's knowledge on a wide range of subjects was very helpful in making my choice of tv and he then helped transfer a large and heavy package into my car.

Luca was most helpful in guiding us to our choice of TV. Knowledgeable but no pressure to make a decision. Only slight downside we had to wait a week for delivery.

James was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.
He gave me plenty of time to listen to the quality of each set of speakers, answering all my questions and remaining impartial which enabled me to make an informed decision on which speakers to buy to give me the best quality of sound from my new Naim streamer. all staff members were polite and helped loading my system into the car.

Easy ordering and pick up. Great product.

From the moment I went into the store Dawn from the Lichfield store , made sure I found the ideal tv and sound bar to suit my needs, she was very informative and helpful,no pressure just good advice, definitely recommend anyone to go to Richer sounds first before going anywhere else, best advice and prices, nothing to lose, everything to gain,

I made a couple purchases at the Lichfield branch, very helpful staff and talked me through various systems for the size of my room etc. I got speakers and an amp which sound great for my LP's which still sound as good as a CD even being 40+ years old!

My telephone enquiry was handled promptly and politely. My instore purchase was easy and efficient.

Item was in stock and collected, no problems whatsoever.

Excellent product. Prompt delivery.

Great in-shop support to help me purchase a TV that covered all the options I required.

Helpful advice. 6 year guarantee. Plus my TV of choice was in stock and carried to my car.

Good advice and helped with my purchase when a few card issues popped up from overseas

Helpful staff but long wait for phone to be picked up.

Very helpful positive visit helping me to buy a new tv

Fast service with great staff members
