Ordering online was simplicity itself, the way it should be. TV was delivered the next day and the approved installers did an excellent job. The whole package was a perfect experience.

Derek @ Leeds Branch - Legend
Visited the Leeds City Centre branch yesterday to get a mini hifi for my daughters birthday. Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Derek.
Firstly, all the staff in there were really welcoming, warm and friendly. Derek approached to see if her could help. Super knowledgeable, fun, friendly, no pushing or upselling, just genuine interest and solid advice. I'll be honest in saying most of our chat was about Rugby as he lived in South Africa for over 40 years and I'm a rugby nut. But what a fantastic bloke and I've come away with the perfect gift for my daughter. Many thanks mate, you are a credit to the company!!!
