Richer Sounds - Leeds Arvostelua 

I have been a customer with this company now for quite a few years and they are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. So all good .Thank you.

LG 55inch latest model arrived before we expected it really as it was on pre order. Best price from any outlet, £70 less actually with a 6 year warranty & not 5 as many others offer.

Unfortunately when we switched in the tv there was a crack in the screen. Rang Richer Sounds & explained. Upon further inspection of the box there was slight crush damage to top left hand of box which matched where crack was. Sent a couple of photos & explained after speaking to the Leeds Store and an appointment was immediately made to deliver a new replacement and collect the damaged one on the 2 days later.

All went well, new tv is an excellent picture & easy to set up sound preferences.

Staff are really helpful as always. I've bought loads from them over the years. Unfortunately I'm a bit disappointed with the Pure Classic H6 but that is nothing to do with Richer Sounds.

The whole experience from walking in the shop to buying is superb. I wouldn't buy a TV or hi fi from anywhere else. I have bought many things from Richer Sounds over the years. They speak the same language and if you don't understand the jargon and complex world of OLED/QLED they will clearly explain things. Help with listening to the whole package and time spent on the customer experience is outstanding. They are not pushy and prices are great. Thanks Harry and all the team at Leeds. A much needed and appreciated return to form where the staff at the Leeds store who took my order have made big strides in restoring my faith in the company where next year sees my 40th anniversary of my first purchase.

Regrettably my decision not to buy another TV from Richer Sounds following my experience of late last year is beyond repair (no pun intended)!

First class service from Derek from all aspects of the transaction. I was looking for a high quality speaker and amplifier to pair with my Technics turntable. Derek demoed various amplifiers connected to Fyne Audio bookshelf speakers that I preferred and produced a couple of quotes with no pressure to purchase. I decided to go ahead with the Audiolab 6000a amplifier and Fyne Audio F500S speakers until I found a deal with a competitor offering the 7000a model with a hefty discount. Derek happily price matched this offer and also delivered everything by Uber as soon as the transaction was complete. Amazing service from Derek and also from Richer Sounds.
