Richer Sounds - Glasgow Arvostelua

Great service - I couldn’t order online as out of stock, the telesales team directed me to a store that had item in stock and they dispatched it - brilliant

Great experience from all the staff I dealt with in the Glasgow branch. Truly first class service, I didn’t buy on the first day but took home some great advice before returning to purchase my items. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service and advise. I was looking to replace my turntable cartridge on a 45 year old Sony turntable. David in store was brilliant giving me advice and even fitting the cartridge for me.
Just fantastic. Thanks so much.

I have used Richer Sounds Glasgow on a few occasions over the last few years.
I find their service at the point of sale 1st class and more importantly their after care service cannot be faulted even with a warranty issue on a product years later. I would also say that Jordan was excellent to deal with.
Normally I do not take part in reviews but I think Richer Sounds deserve to be commended for the service they have provided to me both in the past and recently

Great communication, great process offered, end to end services arranged flawlessly in a very timely manner

Great service especially from Simon at Glasgow branch

Simon, the member of staff at Glasgow Richer Sounds, quickly dealt with my query relating to the purchase of an Astell&Kern SP3000T Digital Audio Player. He telephoned back to confirm the price and details for this item when he said he would and was very helpful. The player is amazing - a huge upgrade to my old Apple iPod Touch - in a different league! It has taken a while to understand all the features but it is amazing sound - especially when played through our SONOS speakers. For me, it was a lot of money to spend on this sort of item so I wanted to buy through a company that I had previous good experience with and felt confidence in so hence approached Richer Sounds. The SP3000T is worth the money for the build quality, sound quality and features - very pleased with it.

Friendly service and great advice. They didn’t try to sell me more than I needed, but made sure I got what I wanted. There was a component missing from my purchase and it was sorted by post within 24 hours. Can’t wait to get back and have fun getting more stuff to update my set up.

I recently purchased a complete home cinema system from Richer Sounds, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

A huge thank you to Stephen, who was outstanding from start to finish. He kept me informed at every stage, providing regular updates on stock availability, delivery times, arranged a superb installation, so also need to thank Peter who put it all together and it looks and sounds better than i could have imagined.

His knowledge and advice were invaluable in helping me build the perfect home cinema setup. Rather than trying to upsell, he took the time to explain what I actually needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure every component would work together perfectly.

The level of customer service was exceptional throughout the whole process. If you're looking for expert advice, honest recommendations, and someone who genuinely cares about getting the right solution for you, I highly recommend Richer Sounds -- Thank you again for making the whole experience so easy and worth it!

Great experience from start to finish.

Tv damaged when removed from box, richer sounds dealt with it and replaced next day. Did not have the model I ordered so they upgraded me for the original price

Team very knowledgeable and efficient. Always extremly happy with the service and the products. Thank you so much!

Dean was very helpful. More rhann happy with my deal. I would always use richer sounds for all my audio and visual tech

Went to shop for set of speakers, guys very helpful and sorted out what i was looking for

Helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. Good to talk to someone rather than only looking on internet. The option of collecting from shop or a free delivery useful ( chose collection).
Out of stock but came into shop actually a day earlier than originally expected.

Simon our salesperson was very informative about the item and showed all the features with great patience. He also advised of a deal that was available. He did not pressure in any way. The product ( Argon Fenris speakers) is great. Simon also talked me through a set up blip where I hadn’t switched off the turntable pre-amp.

First class service from Simon from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Glasgow store

Cheers lads. Ally Hogg

I contacted Richer sounds in Glasgow and spoke to Jordan with regards to getting demo of Wharfedale EVO 5.4 speakers. I had watched many you tube reviews and I felt I needed to hear for myself. Delivery staff were so careful handling speakers into my house. After maybe 20 mins listening in demo room I was satisfied. I ordered a pair of walnut finish and delivery was July 22nd. Speakers were beautifully packaged and didn’t take long to unpack and connect to my Marantz PM7000n . After 40 mins listening I was blowing away with the quantity of sound.. I guess they will sound even better once run. I would highly recommend Wharfedale EVO .5.4 speaker.. to end first class service as always from Richer sounds in Glasgow.

Great customer service
