Richer Sounds - Glasgow Arvostelua

Visited the Glasgow store to see and listen to an amplifier. David assisted and showed the product off to his knowledge. Very friendly and happy to discuss and show other products. Got the amp for less cost than other stores, even online.
Had delivered to the store and was unable to pick up. Simon delivered it on his way home. Unbelievable service. Have bought things before. My go to store.
Also 6 year warranty is unbeatable.

Plenty of help and excellent service

Excellent service and prices for top notch products, staff are knowledgeable and friendly 🙂

I wanted to purchase a turntable, amplifier and speakers for my daughter’s birthday. The staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was great to get advice from experienced users about the products and which would be most suited for a first entry level combination. The items purchased were very competitively priced and delivery was also quick. The system is now set up at my daughter’s home and she is absolutely delighted with the products and the amazing sound quality. I would like to thank everyone at the Glasgow store, particularly David whose advice was greatly appreciated when choosing the right combination. Also a mention to Jordan for his assistance when collecting the equipment at the store. Ps nearly forgot another thank you for the umbrella offered which did come in very handy during the downpour as we were leaving the store. I would highly recommend Richer Sounds to anyone considering purchasing this type of equipment as the service is exceptional. Kind regards John

Another efficient delivery and personal contact from store when product arrived. Friendly and engaging staff when I went to pick up the product.

Excellent service, polite staff and item delivered in time

I personally got great service in Glasgow Richer Sounds from David.
After a couple of visits I decided on a new Technics SL1200 gr2 turntable.
Incredibly this was delivered and installed in under 24 hours, I’m absolutely delighted.

Friendly staff

I was only looking for a replacement Ortofon 2m blue cartridge replacement, but phoned the Glasgow store to check it was in stock before going to collect. Was put aside for me to collect. Perfect 👌

Would 100% recommend using Richer Sounds to anyone, was a pleasure to deal with! I dealt with David & Dean of the Glasgow branch, both highly professional unlike a lot of other companies I have dealt with recently.

Great Customer Service, I even received a phone call the day after from Stephen to say I'd accidentally been over charged and the balance would be returned to my account.

Very helpful staff. Simon was a very affable person to do business with

Bought a denon av receiver but really wasn't for me going from a two channel setup to a surround setup was a mistake for me,not that there was a problem with it,it was just not the sound i was after, was worried I was stuck with it, caller richer sound and was told to bring it back, no questions asked just as long as it was in the condition it went out , swapped it out for a wiim amp ultra, back to a two channel setup and im loving it, my last amplifier also was from here and my next one will be aswell, they don't just rush you to part with your money and get a sale, I spoke to 3 different guys in the sales team and everyone of them were so king and professional, I honestly would tell anyone looking for any audio products to go here, top class sales team, and thanks for making a hard customer happy.

What is there to say? Choice knowledge advice delivery support services…all number one

Great service. Found exactly what I wanted. I wanted to test out a few headphones that I had heard great things about in reviews, but on testing them found none of them were to my taste. The staff were extremely patient while I tried the headphones on and also made suggestions based on my requirements. Finally David suggested a pair that was exactly what I was looking for and for much cheaper than expected. I had to book for delivery because they didn't have a box piece available at the store. Delivery was expected on Weds but came early on Monday. Extremely happy with the service.

David in your Glasgow store was extremely helpful to me when choosing a system and speakers he tried several speaker combinations until we got what we were happy with wish all salespeople were were as helpful and knowlegable about the products they sell.

Excellent helpful service by the staff at Jamaica St. I like your staff are knowledgeable but never pushy about buying Merchandise.
