Richer Sounds - Eton Arvostelua

My wife suggested your company to me, having previously purchased a high quality speaker from the Guildford branch. I was impressed by the online introduction to staff members, which gave me confidence when visiting the Eton branch. We were greeted by storer manager, Kurt, whom we could immediately feel at ease with, and having explained our requisites, were shown an array of options and recommendations. We were not in the least hurried to make any decisions, and having discussed it over a coffee, we returned to the store and made our TV and soundbar purchase, which we took delivery of a week later. Today I will coordinate with the store to arrange the items to be fitted "professionally", rather than myself do an unconvincing job! No hesitation on recommending Richer Sounds!

Very good price, delivery was prompt with good communication

It's a funny old way of ordering, I saw a bundle of hifi equipment I wanted on the website, I couldn't buy online so had to phone the sales number. I ended up talking to a guy in the Eton shop! how does that work?? Anyhow, he was very helpful and sorted out my order. Can't pay over the phone, had to send me a link to pay and then phone me back to confirm. All a little bit long winded in this day and age. Even with that, I had brilliant customer service as a returning customer.

We cannot fault the team in Eton.
We are very appreciative of their help, guidance, advice and most of all their patience with, and understanding of two oldies.
We are so happy with our new purchase, and also with the installation team that you recommended.
Thank you all and we have no hesitation in recommending you.

As I’m getting older I’m not comfortable using the internet, so I phoned and spoke to Zac on telly Sales who put my mind at rest and made it all easy for me . The tv came as promised and at a reasonable time

Excellent customer service and large choice of products. Personal service.

Zak at Eton gave me sound advice and ordering was very easy

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I had arrived at the Eaton branch with a pretty good idea of which turntable I wanted to purchase. After discussing my feature requirements, and dsicussing potentially suitable alternatives, Duncan confirmed that I had indeed chosen the most suitable turntable fitting my requirements and budget. Despite having to be ordered in, the product I purchased was available for me to collect the following morning. I am really happy that I chose Richer Sounds for this purchase, and the 6 year warranty at no additional cost is a refreshing change to the practices of other retailers.

What a joy to deal with people like Duncan - nothing was too much - friendly, knowledgable and willing to help but without applying any sales pressure. His manager Kurt was equally helpful.

A thorouhly pleasant experience (or two) ( as it happens a bought a second another reasonably expensive item a few days later encouraged and impressed by the previous friendly encounter)

Your reputation is well deserved. May it long continue

Staff are always engaging, demonstrate a very good knowledge of the products on sale and offer well-intentioned advice.

Amazing customer service in Eton by Duncan. Shop was in refit but still managed to sort out my new Dac player 5 star!

Both the guys who helped me find what I wanted within my budget were both extremely helpful, would highly recommend.

Polite, efficient knowledgeable staff. Easy to access local store

Very helpful salesguy (Duncan). Very knowledgeable.

Big thank you to James at the Eton and Windsor branch. Went in for a speaker demo and my initial choice was obviously wrong and he helped me through the problem. Seemless purchase and ended up with the speakers I needed and far nicer. Joined the VIP club and got all the benefits from that. Will definitely return for my next purchase.

The member of staff took the time to discuss my requirements. I settled on the low end option because it fitted the space available.
Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the product, the branch were able to download the new software and now it works perfectly.
Far better service than I expected.

A wonderful and helpful team that understands the client's needs.

Duncan was extremely helpful on a relatively low value item, definately going above and beyond.

Purchasing some speakers over an extended period. Zak was very helpful in accommodating my request as I navigated the easiest way to 'sneak' the speakers past my wife... Nuff said

The service at the shop was great and the staff was very helpful.
