Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Treated with courtesy and kindness. Very pleasant experience and after discussing what we needed, we bought a turntable and speakers that were ideal for us. Thanks so much

The light hearted banter and honesty

Great product, great advice, great staff - nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they helped us choose the right TV for our needs and budget

⁸The staff I have dealt with - Ewan,Adam, Jon and a chap last Sunday whose name I forget! Have all been really helpful and very patient with me. The item I got was, in my opinion and to my ears faulty but these guys were very easy to deal with and so thoughtful. Full marks to them all. I am very grateful for their help.

Went to shop - spoke to Craig at Chester who was helpful and knowledgeable. Listened to my criteria for a tv and we sorted one swiftly. Not pushy just genuinely helpful which was great. Sorted delivery day and courier to suit. Straightforward and good shpping experience, especially as I don't enjoy doing techy stuff !!

From the initial contact via email, through to the service in store, the process was faultless. The knowledge of the team helped my wife and I nail down the exact TV we required.

Fabulous Service over the years we've bought various electrical items from Richer Sounds in Chester and every time they deliver a first class experience. I would always recommend going to Richer Sounds this time it was a Hisense TV, not only did they price match Currys they also delivered for free. Thanks Chris, John and the team.

Bought quite a few things from Richer Sounds in Chester. They have always been superb.

I had prebooked the demonstration room to test out 2 amp and CD systems in a side by side comparison. We were assisted by Ewan, who made the event very interesting and informative, helping us to come to the best decision before making the purchase.
We would recommend the Chester store to anyone planning on buying any audio or visual equipment.
Thank you

Great service from Richer Sounds. Love my new turntable with desktop speakers and amplifier. Very reasonably priced for a decent quality bit of kit. Delivery was quick aswell, with no problems. I was kept upto date right from the beginning. Will definitely be ordering from them online again when the time comes.

Staff are always pleasant and there knowledge on parts I needed were very good

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. As always great prices and quality products. Thank you

Found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Chose the tv we wanted and picked it up the next day. Would certainly use them again.

I wanted to get into vinyl, and I was so unsure of who to buy my first turntable from. My parents introduced me to richer sounds, and I am so grateful they did, as the turntable and speakers I bought are incredible. Feels like im hearing it live- actually incredible.

Richer Sounds always go the extra mile. Booked in to listen 2 a couple of music streaming systems to compare. One not available but was ordered specifically for our listening appt. Good advice given and always the best price. Excellent guarantees given too. Can't go wrong with Richer Sounds.

A professional caring team, superb service from start to finish.I thank you for putting the customer first.

Great advice, bent over backwards for me and even carried speakers to car
