Richer Sounds - Chester Arvostelua

Wanting to update my TV, I did loads of reading/research on the web (including Richer Sounds) and also looking at what larger stores had on offer. Having purchased from Richer Sounds previously, I decided that was where I would go, first to see the TV and also to ask the many questions I had. Staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and not ‘pushy’ which is always a big plus for me. I have no hesitation in recommending the Richer Sounds experience

Great service and friendly staff. Product is exactly how described and I am very happy with my new Epson projector. Thanks

I always feel I get good advice from Richer Sounds.
In the ever-changing world of tech, especially televisions, this is invaluable. The staff always know their subject and listen to the specific needs of the customer.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff as always. And some great deals with great warranty offers. No where else comes close. Thank you 😊

Helpful staff suggesting solution to problem. Resulting in a sale.

Prior to ordering the item, I had a most engaging discussion with Ewan (mention in despatches) whose advice was most helpful.

I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND I WENT THROUGH IT WITH THE STORE ASSISTANT AND HE WAS GREAT EXPLAINING EACH ITEMS FEATURES BUT ALSO WHAT WAS COMPATIBLE WITH MY SYSTEM AND HE AGREED WITH MY FIRST CHOICE.

It was very easy to pay for my chosen item, and i decided to go and collect my purchase from the store in Chester.

Parking was wasy, and the staff were friendly and efficient, so it was more than a pleasure buying from them

Expert advice in an ever changing market is essential. We were very pleased with the advice we received from the knowledgeable and polite staff.

The shop was actually empty so we had the full attention of the man I believe is the manager of the Chester shop. He wasn't pushy in any way, but seemed veru knolegable, found us the product we were looking for and the anciaries to go with it. He was also able to give us the information about the product we needed that isn't available on line. That included headphones and he had a sample we could try on. That is never available elsewhere. Absolutely all we wanted, a stark cotraste to the poor experiance in Curries half an hour before looking for the same product. RS will always be our first choice for any future requirments, though we'd really like to have a branch nearer to LL41 than Chester where we rarely go.

I felt that I was given excellent advice when buying my headphones. I was able to try them out using my phone and Craig very helpfully set it up for me, as I'm a complete newbie where these things are concerned. My headphones were delivered to the shop and I was able to collect them the next day. I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery, including a phone message from the manager. Super friendly and helpful staff.
