Richer Sounds - Cheltenham Arvostelua

I popped in having had them reserve an open box item for me over the phone and it was put aside for me as expected.
The item was brand new, just an opened box so a great saving over the already great priced new item.
The staff were very helpful as always and a pleasure to deal with.
Richer Sounds are perhaps the only company I still wholeheartedly recommend after being a customer for many years!

Richer Sounds always offer great advice and service. My Marantz and Monitor Audio order was no exception. The items were delivered in perfect condition within two days of placing my order on a Sunday.

I ordered aPhilips record player online and it was delivered to a Richer Sounds shop within three days from where I collected it. Staff at the shop were polite and helpful which added unto excellent service.

Couldn't be more helpful. Spoke to Amanda and Luke who were both friendly and knowledgeable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They tried hard to make sure the television was right for me and satisfied my needs.
The Samsung oled tv is an amazing product, a fabulous picture and the set looks terrific too.
TV Samsung qe48s90f

The product was not properly described. I was assured I would have a full wireless system so i was disappointed to find that I had a cable linking the two rear speakers.

I don’t blame the staff in Cheltenham for this – they were extremely helpful as always. It’s more the fact that Samsung poorly describe their products.

Excellent customer service and a great bargain. Shout out to Ben at cheltenham

After looking online I decided I wanted a Ruark R3S in grey colour. I went to my local Richer Sounds in Cheltenham as their price was identical to other retailers (online or store) and I was able to not only see the unit but also listen to how it sounded. The staff were friendly and efficient; they did not have the grey option in stock but the assistant tracked down a unit at another branch for delivery. Free delivery via DPD took three days. Overall, I am very pleased with the R3S and the service I received from Richer Sounds.

Good customer service

i have been coming for 25 odd years. always an impeccable service, and post-sale support

Richer Sounds are a great company to use.

Speedy delivery to the shop for pickup, and friendly staff.

Excellent service and great price. Friendly staff, thank you Mandy and Richard, Cheltenham branch Thank you

Straightforward and immediate advice in shop, easy transaction. Prompt delivery and setup service

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient staff

Excellent as always. Nice little speakers for hiding at the back of my AV setup. The only thing that I think could be better designed about them is some way of hiding the screw and the speaker terminals if you mount them flat on the wall. I came up with the idea of using a blank switch plate and mounting it onto that and then onto the wall but in the end I put them in the corner at 45° and then cut out a triangular piece of white plastic from a Lurpak carton to slip over the top at the back and hide the screw and wires. I thought they would be too small to work with my very large KEF speakers but they do their job surprisingly well in my opinion. The fact that they take up very little room is particularly useful.

Great experience as always. Best place for advice and range of appliances

Good knowledge of market products, listen to customer requests and provide best products at best values.

Really good, knowledgable, honest staff. Not a pressure sell. They just help you find the right product for your needs. Price is competitive - if not the best. 6 year warranty is a great addition. Thanks. Would recommend.
