Richer Sounds - Chelsea Arvostelua

I have known the brand and used it for 40 years. The very fact that it is still going strong says a great deal about it. The staff are genuinely knowledgable and share their information in an educated way. Their products are comprehensive, deliveries quick and pain free and their prices; well, you will always find an outlier somewhere remote, but for a national chain with conveniently located stores, they're hard to beat. Very impressive!

I talked to a sales person about the specific tv I wanted and their response was very helpful and professional.
The TV was delivered within days and the delivery people were on time, kept me informed and were very careful and professional.

The telephone ordering was simple, the delivery fast, the loudspeakers excellent.

Liv at Chelsea has been extremely helpful, guiding us in selecting the right components for a complex cinema setup in a large student hall of residence. Without her diligence, we would probably have got it wrong.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Alastair v helpful and professional.

Fantastic communication and brilliant service!

Really excited to get my Samsung q990F I found the sales team helpful and there was no pressure to buy. I received it in good time so well done Richer sounds. I would like to know which bracket is recommended to attach to the tv wall bracket have looked but to many choices

Harvey in Chelsea was superb and fixed my issue….

My needs were understood and the appropriate product recommended and delivered. The only negative factor was the fault of the delivery company, not Richer Sounds,

Excellent customer care service by Alistair, I am very impressed, all the staff are very down to earth, professional, and friendly

Knowledgable, good product range and an easy click and collect process. Really like this store.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, who seem more interested in ensuring you get the product that's right for you rather than in simply making a sale. They deserve their good reputation.

Tremendous expert service.

The purchase, delivery & collection of my radio were seamless. The staff at the Chelsea Store were excellent. Would highly recommend

Staff pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Resolved my problems efficiently.
