Richer Sounds - Bromley Arvostelua

I purchased Hi-Fi equipment, and, in doing so, I enjoyed the professional help and advice of Matt and Jerome. Without their help and patient guidance, the choice from their abundant stock would have been very difficult. My several visits to the store were always welcoming and pleasant.

Caring and efficient service. We feel help would be readily available should be news it. Appreciated the understanding shown to us as elderly customers

Richer Sounds is my absolute go-to for audio equipment. They have stayed true to their ethos and vibe which I love. Don’t go
Changing!

Friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful, I always come back to Richer Sounds Bromley for all my home audio/visual needs.

I have always shopped at Richer Sounds. Whenever I need a new TV, headphones or audio equipment, Richer Sounds is the place I trust.

Not only is the customer service excellent but, unlike most others, you speak to real, genuine people. No sales pressure.

I spoke to Jerome on the Bromley store who took time out to understand what I needed. Just as it always is whenever I visit the store or call.

Julian Richer should be incredibly proud of the business he has created.

Got in contact with Matthew, the manager of Bromley branch regarding my purchase. He was very much in listening mood and I was pleased that he did. He was most accommodating and I ended up making a purchase - a Dali.

As usual no problems. Very friendly!

A very nice touch to be offered a glass of water in these hot conditions.

You must give your staff at Bromley and Maidstone a huge pat on the back, good old fashioned Customer service, and so knowledgeable in all areas, a real pleasure to walk through the doors of Richer Sounds, if only Currys could take a leaf out of your book.

The communication was very good. There were couple of emails to confirm the acknowledgment of the purchase as well as the delivery details. I got a separate call from the store manager to confirm that the product arrived in the store and it’s ready to collect. They have also checked the item on behalf of me to ensure the product that was delivered to the shop is correct. All of these made me quite confident when I received the product and the outcome of that is that I am a very happy customer. The product is working well with no issues.
Thanks team for your help and support!

Great staff - knowledgeable, patient and helped ensure the correct selection of product
Call out to Matt Store manager in Bromley 🙏😊

Richer Sounds have been around a long time and have always provided expert advice and great service. More personal than the big multi stores.

Richer Sounds were really helpful answering all my questions pre purchase and very competitive with pricing. Great experience all round (as it has been when I have bought from them in the past).

Great service with the team at Bromley very helpful

I had a tricky cinema installation. Whilst it didn’t go completely to plan Richer Sounds sorted everything out. Because of this I will definitely go back to them in the future and will remain a lifelong customer. The staff have been great in particular at reassuring me on my journey
