Richer Sounds - Bristol Arvostelua

Very useful advice and answered all my questions

I have been looking on Richers Sounds website for some time to choose a TV as their options and prices are very good.
I was able to call the store, order the TV and get it delivered within 3 days to suit me.
Really good service overall

Ask for Dave - he's extremely knowledgeable and he answers the 'phone at 5 minutes to closing time when staff at other stores (no names...) are jostling at the exit door with their coats on and the ansafone set.

Smooth, simple, helpful and efficient with great staff.

Richer sounds whiteladies rd are just brilliant. Super efficient staff it’s just a brilliant experience. I have used richer sounds for 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . I bought a Samsung frame tv for the kitchen. very very happy with it .just waiting for my 19 year old Panasonic plasma to break that I purchased from them . I will then be straight down to them to pick up a new one . Thanks again happy customer that has purchased tvs , tower speakers , cinema speakers , and av amps over the years .

Honest reliable staff- now my "Go To" audio shop!

As always. Was very helpful and made everything very easy. That’s why I always buy my hifi from Richer Sounds. Hopefully one day all shops will be as good as them. But I’m not holding my breath. Anyway great service!! Thanks.

I always shop at Richer Sounds when buying HiFi and technical equipment . The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to discuss options with you. Highly recommend ed.

Polite and professional email and phone contact. Sourced and supplied exactly what I was after. It’s no wonder richersounds continue to survive and thrive in a world of online competition. Cheers Mark and his team.

Had a really good service from Richer Sounds. The ear plugs I bought are great and arrived within a day of ordering them. All good

Arrived promptly.

Every time I purchase anything at this store they are exceptionally helpful. I prefer to shop here than any super stores up the road. Personal service and truly knowledgable about their products. No hard sell, just plenty of information to make the right personal choice.

Manager was very helpful in finalising my purchasing decision. Very good in shop offer.
My second major purchase from RS

We were after a freesat box after buying one that was unable to record Dave was able to recommend one which we bought and is now working and we are very pleased with it.

Team in Bristol have been both knowledgeable and friendly

When I called to see if the item I wanted was available the chap I spoke to was super helpful and also when I went to pick it up. Very knowledgeable and it was a great price.
Can't beat the 6-year warranty either.

Very helpful staff in Bristol store on the telephone and in person who resolved problems promptly and fairly.

Joe at the Bristol branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a tv and soundbar at a very competitive price. It was great to see all the televisions showing the same images so a genuine comparison was possible.

Spoke with a couple of staff members at the Bristol shop prior to and after the purchase of a TV. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Phone order and payment very convenient and simple good people interaction deliver excellent
