Richer Sounds - Bristol Arvostelua

The staffs were very experienced, they quickly identified the television that I needed based on my budget in record .

Excellent in house team and delivery was seamless

I ordered and paid online for collection at the Bristol store. It was straightforward and the price was reasonable.
I was given a call the next day to say my order was ready so I went and collected it.
The whole process was easy and the staff were friendly, polite and professional.

The order and collection was smooth and efficient.

Fantastic experience at Richer Sounds Bristol. Mark and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took their time to talk me through my options. Ended up with a great setup.
Have used them for many years and had no problem taking friends and family there too.
Top-notch customer service—I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The person who served me understood quickly what I was looking for- took me those items and explained , clearly the difference between them.
It was easy then, for me, to decide which one suited me best and I made the purchase

People were fantastic, service is excellent. The refundable (if unused)six year paid guarantee is a no brainer and seems unique to Ritcher sounds it gives you confidence in the products and piece of mind, must make sure you redeem within two months after the six year.Well done!

Both advice and assistance were excellent. So refreshing to speak to someone who really really knows their product.

Great friendly service

When ordering over the phone was very easy and straightforward and the delivery was great

Great advice and service - only the stock levels and delivery let them down.

Store staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble including a helping hand to the car with my 65” HiSense purchase. I go back to these guys every time I require a tv or audio equipment because they genuinely care about giving the best advise to you. Keep up the great work.

I wanted to update my hifi, so choose Richer sounds Bristol. I went for a package deal, but they didn't have the amp there. It was ordered and came Monday, but I wasn't able to pick up until Saturday. I went on Saturday and as soon as I walked in the sales assistant recognised me and got my equipment and took it out to my car. Very good service and very polite. Thank you, I'm now at home enjoying David Bowie

I broke something on an old CD player and Richer Sounds service was great - all fixed, good price and excellent communication over timeline.

When I picked it up I purchased a new amp at the budget end of price range - the advice was great as was the service in the Bristol store - I’ve been a customer for years and every visit I get the same excellent experience

Knowledgeable, polite and great value

Richer Sounds is my go to place for buying TV and HiFi I’ve been using them since they opened their first tiny store in Bristol. You get expert advice on the product you are looking for and the best prices too. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for TV and Hifi as you always get the best deals and service.

I ordered two JBL products online and collected them from Richer Sounds in Bristol. The whole process was simple, smooth and professional from start to finish. The staff were helpful and the collection was quick and hassle-free. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Richer Sounds.

The help and knowledge received when came into store was very helpful. The staff were great, and not pushy, very happy with my purchase including the price (Cambridge amp & acoustic energy floor standing speakers). Will be returning for Cd player and to upgrade my turntable.

Exceeded all my expectations. Professional, reliable, best price, quick friendly delivery. Best Service Ever!
Highly recommended.

The shop staff were very friendly and helpful and organised the efficient delivery of the second speaker as there was only one in stock. Thank you.
