Mary was recommended by a relative who has used her services for several years. After feeling let down by a previous mortgage advisor, Mary didn’t disappoint.

I really liked Mary’s approach via one-to-one teams meetings to discuss our wants and needs. These meetings were long enough for there to be time to explore products and services and for us to ask questions when we weren’t sure. She listened to what we wanted to achieve and advised us accordingly. I never felt rushed or pressured.

This is the first time we have used Mary, but I feel like she has our long term interests at heart so will be returning for further help when our mortgage and other products need renewing.

He didn’t explain anything to us at all and became irritated when we asked for clarification on anything. Then we met Mary. Mary went above and beyond for us in terms of supporting the smooth process of selling not one but two houses and purchasing our forever home. We really didn’t know what was affordable or doable for us but Mary helped us navigate the financial decisions keep our appetite for how far or not far was sensible and comfortable for us financially. She also was amazing at advising us and setting up Protection products for us.
