Great support
Quick checkout and onboarding process which was slightly hampered by trying to setup my eSIM on airport WiFi which prevented the eSIM from being downloaded. That said contacting Rhys through WhatsApp got me quickly setup and they were very friendly.

Just a Little Disappointed.
To be honest, currently I'm not entirely thrilled with the service. Not that the support team didn't do their job; that was fine. It's because I have had to ask twice now for the delivery of my physical SIM card; I have been waiting for nearly two weeks for it now.

I cannot recommend Rewild Mobile…
I cannot recommend Rewild Mobile enough! Royal Mail delivery in my area is notoriously hit-or-miss, which made me a bit anxious about receiving my SIM card. However, the customer service team at Rewild made all the difference.
They proactively checked in on me multiple times to track the delivery progress and made sure my service was fully up, running, and seamless from start to finish. You rarely see this level of genuine care and proactive support from a mobile provider anymore.
Brilliant service, amazing team, and a refreshing experience all around!

Competitive price and effective
I recently used Rewild for a travel esim to the USA and found the process effective and the price highly competitive. The customer support was good and I would use them again. The instructions for installing the esim need a bit of updating (e.g. globaldata as the APN worked on my android device, and the phone's count down of days remaining on the esim after installation is irrelevant) but those are teething issues. I'm very happy with the service and the coverage was very good even in remote parts of the USA on a road and camping trip.

Sorry you've had a frustrating few weeks. I should be upfront though: we can't find an account under this name, which is why we've sent you a request on Trustpilot for a few details. If you can reply to that we can locate the account and look into it properly.
Mobile data cutting out completely is not something we see, and when it does happen there's almost always a quick fix in your settings. Our team is on WhatsApp and live chat every day including weekends, so nobody has to sit with a problem for three weeks.
On price, ours are lower than the big networks by design. We take enough to run the business properly and a quarter of our profits go into rewilding nature here in the UK. Paying less doesn't mean putting up with worse. We're rated 4.8 out of 5, and on the rare occasion something does go wrong it's usually sorted the same day.
Please reply to our request and we'll get on it today.

Good coverage great price
Good coverage great price, had a small issue to start with data but very quickly resolved. New users must remember to rename the APN gateway apparently. I would like to see a section on the website of the rewinding projects they are funding. It all right saying your doing it but its even better to show where you are doing it.
