I have been with Rewardia for nearly 3 years ,you have the odd hiccup sure, but the people that run it are great and helpful, the games are ok, and the other members generally, are terrific ,I HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMENDING THIS SITE
Used to be great.
However, points per survey started to get lower, which is probably unsurprising.
However, (and I thought this was just my imagination, but others I know have expressed the same frustration to me), the Green surveys have become a total waste of time and effort.
They're almost impossible to qualify for, and you get repeatedly asked for your postal code, like about half a dozen times, then after several minutes of inputting the information requested, you get screened out, and, if you're lucky, you just earned 8 whole points.
And this process took longer than the proposed survey itself...
Everyone I know is going to other platforms, which is a pity, as Rewardia was probably the best one around.
I understand that people try to game the system with AI bots, etc., but please don't game your members.
I'm giving it another week, then I think I'll just cancel out of the whole thing.
Bummer.
Initially, I was referred to making the account by a buddy of mine who has had no issues with the account two whole days of nonstop, doing surveys and games for them to tell me my account is suspended when I went to redeem the gift card my friend been using this for years had no issue for me They wanted to make me send in my ID and passport or else they would not pay me for the two hard-working days. I did not even bother getting this because I wish I could report this because they didn’t pay me.

Rewardia insisted that because of some survey company's problem, I had to submit a photo of my drivers license. I said I didn't have one, and they then wanted a photo of a government ID card. I refused, and they suspended my account. What nerve!!
Rewardia's responded with a 'This is what we do, so it must be right' statement. The fact remains that they caved to the survey provider and asked for intimate personal information that they have no business asking for. Clearly an unethical policy.

I Took 2 hours to complete surveys which should have give me more than 6200 pts BUT REWARDIA pretendsthat i did not complete those 4 surveys and gave me only about 280 pts
They even changed the time i put on those surveys

This site is highly deceptive and a complete waste of time. You invest significant effort completing surveys, only to be disqualified right at the end. Their practices feel intentionally misleading, and when concerns are raised, they respond with weak, unconvincing excuses. It’s simply not worth the time or effort.
They send out surveys that take your data and don't pay after you have worked on it for at least 10 mins. Don't waste your time on doing surveys that don't pay. Stay clear of this company

Have cancelled the account as I am sick of dealing with their 'customer service' agents who provide no service and can't even open a screen shot or read the complaint before providing the template response.

The surveys are invariably much longer (often 2 or 3 times) their time estimate, and to add insult to injury, after spending often well over 30 minutes, you are told you were excluded and given a nominal amount of points, often not even worth 1c. When you complain, there is no investigation and you get a form letter saying they basically that they are always right.
When (not if) this happens to you, don’t just complain here, but lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au. For your information, Rewardia’s ABN is 24164419354 (you are asked by the ACCC).
Maybe if enough people complain they will be prosecuted, and act with honesty and integrity, which they expect of us.

Signed up to Rewardia. Started filling out survey. Next thing I'm getting offered to claim a prize. Any other survey site, I've used are very professional. So I clicked to claim my prize!
BIG MISTAKE. The prize offered was a brand new ipad. Next thing I'm getting asked to contribute $3, so I did. As soon as that was going through, a little box popped up and I saw -$126.00. Omg! Next thing, I have an account with a company that I didn't even want to join. They decided to organise reoccurring payments. Following that, the $3 company decides to organise reoccurring payments of $109 every 30 days! I'm not usually that silly, but trusting it due to being connected to a survey company called Rewardia, was a huge mistake, as I got scammed. I'm sure rewardia knew these boxes to claim prizes are constantly on their website. My whole week has been messing around trying to get money back, closing bank accounts. I then tried to deactivate Rewardia. Not so easy. I finally got the code sent by them, that's required to deactivate. Let's hope it works. There are so many fantastic survey sites, but unfortunately Rewardia isn't one of them!

I'm not going to advise as to whether or not you should subscribe to this site. But I will give you my latest experience:
1) When you redeem your points, they send you a code to get a Rewardia Gift card. After 5 attempts, I finally got a code, and when I used it, it had already expired.
2) I tried again the next day, and got a code immediately, which I used.
3) After using the code, it was accepted, and had to go back to e-mail to confirm. The confirmation did not come immediately, but when it did, I had to click on a link to use it.
4) After clicking that link, I was taken back to the Rewardia site, and was given another different card, that I had to click on to get the actual card that I wanted (an Amazon.ca card).
5) It took a number of other clicks with nothing happening to finally get the Amazon.ca card.
6) I had to click on that to get the Amazon redemption code.
7) Clicking on the Amazon redemption code once again proved pointless, as nothing would happen.
8) I went to the Amazon site, and entered the code there, and it worked. I finally got my reward.
So...it's your choice. I got paid, but it took much time, and frustration. If you're patient, it's worth it. If you're not patient, it isn't.
This is a fun site that pays you points for game testing, and surveys.
It's the redemption process that seems way too compicated, but they do eventually pay you.
Lmao, to prove my point, these clowns sent me 5 points "to get me started" it takes 1000 points to earn one dollar. So ya, they sent me half of one cent.
I really do feel sorry for anyone who uses this rewards system.

I was a member for a long time but I can't put up with them cheating me on points every time I complete a survey I get to the end about 20 minutes to be screened out it used to be only sometimes but now it's almost every survey they know what their doing when I contacted customer service they told me I was screened out because I didn't fit the survey that's not true it went right through I believe they are complete scams they take all your information and you don't get anything the small payment for games is a joke while it coast more using your Data to play them this isn't fair on members just trying to earn a bit of money please avoid them our time is worth more than that

Quant à ceux qui offrent bcp de points, je suis éligible je termine presque le sondage pour recevoir le message que j’ai été éliminée ou que l’erreur est la votre. Des compagnies comme vous doivent être scrutées sous la loupe par le BBB au Canada. Toutes les infos personnelles recueillies sur moi seront ensuite vendues au lus payant pour une autre arnaque. Je ne vous fais les confiance escrocs.

I disagree! It's obvious some people have had issues, as I have had.. and I don't think someone else has a right to assume that someone is wrong to write negative views about a particular company.
Every one has a unique experience and should be respected.
You do not have to agree with what someone else writes, but since you are not that person please respect their right to say it.
Just as some had good or positive experiences, some had the opposite.
It's good to read both the positive and negative, so we can all learn from each other.
