Excellent experience. I'm reviewing this product because I genuinely enjoy using it! My experience as a freelancer using this product has been incredibly useful. I didn't need to contact customer support because everything went smoothly, and I'm very happy with how I can set up a sales page super quickly. Just the fact that I can track my work and the tasks that need to be done with my team (I have a team of three - two contractors and myself, using the "Team" plan) is fantastic. I believe the price is fair. I was using Plutio before, which was cheaper, but the software hasn't changed since their major update in 2017-2019, and some features felt outdated to me. Anyway, I'm digressing, but I think this is still an important detail about pricing. If it works and is simple to use, I'm fine paying a little extra (as long as it's resealable) in comparison to some other competitors because I value simplicity over pricing, because to me, time is more valuable than what my company spends on.
Unlike software like ClientManager or Plutio, Retainr was surprisingly super easy to onboard and create our first products.
