We have a wide range of products including TV’s, sound bars, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens and microwaves, all available in our Digiland factory outlet shop on Stafford Park 12, Telford. We sell to the trade but we also welcome members of the public. We can offer such good prices because most of the products we sell are 30 day customer returns. Everything we get in is thoroughly tested and graded in our in-house Samsung service centre before sale. If we do find a fault, we only ever use genuine parts so you can be assured whatever you buy from us, it works just like the manufacturer intended. We are so confident you will be happy with your purchase that we offer a 12 month warranty as standard. It’s not only us endorsing our company and the products we sell, we have been named as one of the top 1000 companies to inspire Britain and the London Stock Exchange has hailed us as the ‘Innovator of tomorrow’.

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered my laptop and within a few hours I got a call saying I could collect it before closing time. Once in the building they had strict Covid protocols that were being followed.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Excellent

Easy to navigate website, delivery was very quick with updates given on shipping and delivery time slot. Product arrived well packaged & looked brand new. Wouldn't hesitate shopping on-line with this company again (have previously purchased in-store but wasn't possible this time due to current restrictions)

Brilliant service and product

Brilliant service and product. Was a but apprehensive spending a significant sum of money in a site I had never heard of. But no issues at all. Clarified questions over the phone and quick delivery. Would have not ordered if I didn't see the positive reviews on trustpilot. Hope this helps someone. Thanks

Customer service at its best

Bought a soundbar for great price, listed as “refurbished” so I wasn’t expecting it to 100% as new.
It arrived next day so un boxed it and found the remote was wrong one and the power cable was wrong type there was also a dent in the front grille, gave them a call had a chat to Derek, correct remote and new power cable sent out same day, mentioned the small dent in grille , and was offered £40 back, all sorted in less than 24 hours, great service.

Excellent service

Excellent service.
Great help on the telephone pre order for support.
Online ordering system - easy to use and efficient.
Pick up of goods from Telford showroom really easy and COVID safe.
Would definitely recommend.
