Rentec direct is very easy to use with lot of knowledge base at hand.
They assigned a person(colton green) to me to help me with any issues .
Colton is very helpful and available to answer my questions.

Hard to learn. Banking info from Forte is terrible. Very time consuming to see who has paid.

Tack on lightning fast and highly effective customer service to that, and you would have to be out of your mind to go anywhere else for PM Software.
