Autojet Rent a Car Bulgaria Arvostelua 

Bis auf eine Verspätung von 30 Min bei der Abholung ansonsten lief alles gut. Die Herren sind hilfsbereit und die Kaution wurde 1 Std. nach Rückgabe gutgeschrieben. Der 1 Stern Abzug muss ich leider für den Versuch mir einen „umfassenden Versicherungsschutz“ noch anzubieten, vergeben. Dies geschah obwohl auf dem Voucher stand, dass ich einen Rund um Schutz bereits bei dem deutschen Vermittler gebucht habe.

Everything was okay, except that booking was for 17:00 and i got the car at 17:45, only one person working at the time
But car was running good and they gave me a chance to drop it off at terminal 2 which was flawless

רכב ישן שנת 2019, גישה לא נוחה לקבלת הרכב, שקע טעינת טלפון לא עובד.
הזמנתי רכב 7 מקומות למרות שהיינו 4 מבוגרים בגלל שהיו לנו מזוודות בפועל הרכב שקיבלנו היה שונ ממה שהזמנו.
חוויה לא טובה של חברת השכירות, אני לבטח לא אשכיר מהם יותר רכב בכל מקום בעולם.

This is the third time that I use the services of Autojet rent a car in Sofia. I am very pleased and thankful for their attitude to me as a customer. I liked very much the Dacia Duster and had any problems at all. This company is highly recommended. Thank you!

Extremely happy with my rental. The car was brand new, and super clean. The staff was very nice and returning the car was super easy. No one tried to find imaginary scratches, or missing milliliters in the tank. They're honest and not too "picky".

Заказ был через rentalcars.com. иззи того что приехали за машиной не в назначеное время а позже отменили нам заказ машины и незахотели дать другую . Пришлось заказывать всё заново.. отвратительный сервис.. офис находится далеко от аэропорта софии.. так что к ним лучше ни ногой..

Nous sommes arrivées très en retard dû au retard de notre avion. Nous avons cherché en vain le guichet de location et fini par téléphoner, pour nous entendre répondre que la voiture n'était plus disponible mais que nous pouvions en louer une autre pour 90€ au lieu 45€ initialement prévu et voir avec le site pour me faire rembourser la 1ère location. Ma demande est refusée, ce qui me revient à 135€. On est très loin du tarif attractif !! Pour moi, lorsqu'on loue une voiture, elle doit rester disponible le temps imparti et non être reloué 1h plus tard ! j'appelle ça de l'escrorie

I got new car (113k"m) and all the registration was easy and quik. I returned it to the parking early in the morning at Terminal 1 there is the office too.

The customer service was excellent. The car I rented was as described online. No issues at all. Keep in mind that the pickup counter is in Terminal 1 so you will have to take a free shuttle bus from Terminal 2 to T1. It’s not convenient but it’s only a short ride.

With this being my first time renting from Autojet, I will tell you that customer service is fantastic! Very fast and efficient experience. The car was nice and clean. I will for sure be back for my next car rental. Highly recommending!
