Had to wait a short time for someone to be at the desk at Sofia.
However once we were seen too the staff were very informative and helpful.
Our car had a huge scooter in the boot which we had to return back to their desk which delayed our exit from the airport. Other than that all was smooth.
Smooth return parking the car and returning the key to the desk.
Would use again

Брал в Софии дважды под Новый год. Машины в хорошем состоянии, хорошие цены. Все отлично. Есть русскоговорящий админ, отвечают очень оперативно на мейлы.
Что нужно помнить (небольшой минус сервису): Машину берешь в 1 терминале. Когда прилетаешь в международный терминал (2) в Софии, туда еще надо доехать. Опции "доставка авто в терминал 2" (даже пусть платной) нет. Надеюсь, в ближайшее время ребята поправят это.
Но в целом все отлично! Рекомендую.

I don't understand how u give a car with out showing at to the customer and send them alone to the car in the dark to start looking for her in t snow

Loved the quick agreement and most of the conditions were clear ahead of time. What wasn't OK. We found that one of the seat belts on the rear seat was misisng, look as we tried, we couldn't find it, not behind not under, not anywhere. This is a basic safety feature for the car, we were as stated 5 people in the car, only four seatbelts!!!! When we asked for it to be fixed we were offered a smaller car in exchange! Not an apology and upgrade but an apology and a serious downgrade. Second minus: we had a problem getting the key into the ignition! Strange. I've driven maybe 120 models of cars, ambulances, trucks & motor vehicles, rare that I have to fight with the ignition key. Apparently there was a locking device that we were not told about on this car! Not cool & not user friendly to withhold that little bit of important information, that's basic information that has to be given when the keys are put in the renters hand! Also we rented a 1800cc engine car and were given a 1600cc engine car, still in YOUR category, but on the road, driving long distance, 5 in the car + luggage, 1600cc was not enough and often it felt as if the motor was labouring uphill, 2 adults 3 kids & very average luggage for 5 (Int.plane travel restrictions) we would have appreciated the extra 200 cc pulling power in the engine. Please don't use an upscale model car to attract the customer and then downgrade him to an inferior cheaper car, it makes you look like all you care about is the sale, not customer satisfaction! So, getting 3 stars is actually a very generous rating by me today, you actually only deserve a 2 star rating. We ordered snow chains, just in case, and don't regret it although the winter tyres were quite adequate and worked well. WE added an ice windshield scraper & brush, because there was none in the car... a courtesy that would cost you pennies and be really helpful for a driver in winter in Bulgaria. Just a hint. Overall my grievances were: missing seatbelt; lower class car with a smaller engine; withholding important information about that models key locking device; suggested further downgrade as a replacement car! Everything else was more than adequate and as expected from a professional car rental service. Overall rating 2.5 Would I rent again from you next time? I might but you would have to guaratee me the car I choose and next time I will check the car very thouroughly before signing, as your team obviously doesn't!! I hope this will be helpful for you to improve your services and upgrade your reputation. Thank you.
