This "company" is a criminal organization that should be indited for RICO charges.

If you are reading this you already know how bad it is.

I have reached out to my legal team and I am looking for others with similar experiences. I know there are many.

Here is the email I sent to RENOVO / RF Mortgage Services today;

Subject: IMMEDIATE REPLY REQUIRED - LEGAL ACTION EMINENT 10021789, 10021792, and 10021737

PAYMENT HISTORIES WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR EACH ACCOUNT ARE ATTACHED.

The level of anger I have for your criminal company is off the charts.

You have sent a default notice to me on all three loans that I am unfortunate enough to have serviced by your organization.

I have NEVER missed a payment on any of the loans.

I have NEVER been late with a payment on ANY of the loans.

I'd highly suggest that you confirm that fact IMMEDIATELY.

1) I am, TODAY, filing a suit at my local court.

2) I am reaching out to my legal team in Sacramento to determine exactly what significant legal action I can initiate (which may lead to my withdraw of the local court action)

3) I am filing a complaint with the state of California Attorney General

4) I am filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General

5) I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

6) I am filing a complaint FHFA

Your criminal handling of loans can no longer be tolerated.

It IS criminal and I intend to see it stop and I intend to be reimbursed for the time of my life you have stolen, the aggravation, the mental torture, etc.

This company is the worst mortgage servicer in the United States, they belong in prison, and they are in need of an immediate investigation by the attorney generals in every state it operates and by Federal regulators as well. They do NOT process mortgage payments promptly if they process them at all. You can not make a mortgage payment on their completely worthless website. As the other complaints posted here illustrate they simply do NOT do the job a mortgage servicer is required to do. I am a breath away from having my legal team initiate legal action against these charlatans. Trustpilot: I invite you to publicly post my name, email, and phone number. I am quite happy to take phone calls and emails from others affected and I KNOW there are a ton of us out there.

Shocking incompetence! Several of my loans are now being serviced by RENOVO FINANCIAL CORP. The staff are apologetic in their emails several days after my communications but no action! Real estate tax payments are missed, insurance goes unpaid so as a customer you are exposed to risks of liability and liens on your property from unpaid taxes. A servicer’s only job is to accept customer payments that are meant to cover interest on the loan, real estate taxes and insurance; this is not challenging! After calling numerous times and leaving messages if you are lucky you will receive an apologetic email but the payments are not paid! RENOVO MUST BE AMONGST THE WORST MORTGAGE SERVICERS IN THE INDUSTRY. I have decades of experience in NYC real estate with many loans over the years but have never had such unprofessional servicing! I believe RENOVO FINANCIAL CORP. MUST BE NEARING BANKRUPTCY hence their inability to make timely payments. These experiences span several loans and the several months since my loans were transferred to Renovo.

I have called 3 days in a row and no one answers. You must leave a voicemail, well you would think they would get back to you within 24 hours but no. The online portal literally has zero ability to pay additional money to the principal of a mortgage or escrow. What kind of company are you? You purchase my mortgage from under me and it’s impossible to get in touch with you. I’m willing to change my review but this company needs to not be purchasing peoples mortgages. If you can’t answer a phone, an email, or contact the customer back when dealing with something so important to someone’s life then you are a horrible company. Fix the website, add normal things like the ability to pay extra on my mortgage and add money to my escrow. I’m betting this company will change my mortgage price higher without giving me the ability to add money to escrow. On top of that they force you into paperless billing and have no statements on the website to view!
