Remend Shop Arvostelua 

I read the other one star reviews with concern. It has not been my experience but there are points to notice.

I have ordered Remend from various places over the years since my cat was originally diagnosed with corneal ulcers. They really are the only drops that covers the eyeball and prevents the recurrence of eye ulcers, and it can be very expensive.

I have received a repeat delivery a few days ago, number of bottles was correct, my first order they sent me an extra bottle. Expiry 2027. The price is good and delivery was quick.

Edited 18.9.26. I have compared the Remend bottles from this company versus the ones purchased from an online veterinary store.

The bottles from this company have an expiry date of 2027 and the plastic is quite white compared to the yellowy plastic of the ones from a veterinary store. Those have an expiry date of 2029 and batch number is later than the Remend store ones.

The actual gel inside these 2027 ones is very thick, almost too thick to use though it does melt once it has been put into the cat's eye. The other Remend are better in use, I will look out for them if I can find them at a good price.

I emailed the company as the Remend drops they sent me were different to the ones I bought from my vet (there was just a thick lump of gunk in the bottle instead of watery eye drops). I have received no response and won’t shop here again!

Tried to contact them after delivery envelope damaged and some of my order was missing. Absolutely no response whatsoever. I am also concerned that the product supplied was actually sub standard - I started giving the drops to my cat which obviously were very uncomfortable. Bought a bottle from my local vet and everything was fine so feel that the product supplied was not genuine. I haven’t used any further drops from this order and have discarded the bottles.

I have been trying to call and email these rats for the last month paid £18.00 for my dogs drops and it's been delivered apparently to a post office called royal mail was on the phone holding for nearly an hour and they can't do anything something needs to be done about these scumbags

Empty envelope arrived after paying over £18 for remend for my dogs ulcer. Tried to contact multiple times over the course of a week, no reply. Disgusting company DO NOT ORDER!

SO SO UPSET , ORDERED TWO BOTTLES OF REMEND FOR MY 17 YEAR OLD CHIHUAHUA WHO HAS AN ULCER IN HER EYE , ENVELOPE ARRIVED OPEN AND EMPTY , REPORTED TO ROYAL MAIL WHO GAVE ME A COMPLAINT REFERENCE AND SAID CONTACT THE COMPANY AS THEY WILL REIMBURSE ME AND SUBMIT A CLAIM TO THEM , I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES AND LOTS OF EMAILS BUT HAVE JUST BEEN IGNORED, NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME ,DISGUSTING THEY MAY HAVE WELL JUST STOLEN MY MONEY .

Did nt receive my parcel received a empty envelope and no reply when contact the your company

Didnt receive my items ,just got empty envelope. Emailed six times. Tried ringing phone switched off, and online chat didnt respond .Her name was Diane Was unable to add to your query. Ref 3323812500. Got proof on my phone. Delivered by royalmail empty envelope .

I'd been waiting for over a week for delivery and when it came it was an empty envelope. I'd used them before with no problem. I've emailed them with no answer back. Like it's been said I feel like I've been scammed and that they never had it from the start. I've asked for a refund but up to now I've not had it.

After waiting for a delivery that was suppose to arrive on the 01/08 we got today an empty envelope, not the product I’ve ordered (eye drop) and paid fully for.

The product was out of stock in most vets and trusted sites so I’ve ordered on this website and got delivered an empty envelope!

Don’t recommend my dog desperately needs it and we waste time and money awaiting for something that wasn’t delivered!

The item still has not arrived

I have been using this for years now on my Frenchies eyes, I have bought them twice from remend shop, excellent and price is much cheaper than the vets, unfortunately they no longer have it in stock from what I can find out it won’t be in stock until sometime in August, they have stopped making for now. Very disappointed that I can’t buy it from here at the moment, having to look elsewhere and pay more for it, people are cashing in on our pets misfortune greedy people out there

Been buying this product for years and they have their own shop now! Cheaper, free delivery and arrived within 2 days. Fabulous service and fantastic product I use the corneal gel for my dog.
