Regarde Le Ciel Arvostelua 

I ordered shoe before Christmas, which arrived and everything, they were too big, So I was returned them by registered Post. I followed their instructions to send them an email to say I was returning the shoes. They received the shoes on the 24th of January, But I have not received by refund, I have emailed them numerous times with no response, I have DM on Instagram to be told someone would contact me, but no one ever does. Shocking customer service, do not buy from this company, I have lost €120.00.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and I have still not received them 17 days later. I received a message informing me two days after I ordered them that they were with ups for delivery and then nothing. I have contacted customer service twice and have received no reply. So frustrating. I am hoping I will hear from them once I place this message here, as I notice another customer reached a resolution this way.

J'ai eu des bottes en cadeau le 25 décembre je les portes une demi journée et je constate qu'elles se sont déchirées derrière au niveau du talon. Le magasin les renvoie on me les rend après un passage chez le cordonnier je les porte une heure et de nouveau ça se déchire au même endroit. Cette fois le magasin me fait un échange, je porte les bottes neuves une heure et surprise elles sont de nouveau déchirées. 170 euros une paire fe botte pour subir ça. Cette marque est à bannir.

J’ai acheté des bottines noires talon 4 cm j’en suis enchantée, une qualité remarquable, j’ai une doublure bien chaude et donc jamais froid aux pieds en plus elles sont tellement confortables qu’on dirait des pantoufles et je peux marcher toute une journée sans aucun mal !! Je recommande cette marque en toute objectivité!! Bravo et je vais recommander une autre paire 😅

Ordered a pair of boots for my Mum for Christmas. Arrived yesterday lunchtime damaged. Have emailed customer service several times but have no response. These boots are not cheap I would expect some form of response by now. Thai is a shame as I had bought myself a pair from this brand and the quality was excellent which is why I decided to buy some as a gift. Please respond to me regarding the damage.

Since writing this review I have heard back from customer services and was given the option of a quick delivery of another pair or a 40% discount refunded. I was very happy with this resolve and the money was back back to my account within a couple of days. It was worth waiting to hear back from customer services for this result. So I have add 3 stars to my original 1.

I paid 159€ for a pair of Regarde Le Ciel boots on Zalando, and after about a year of occasional wear the finish on the toe box started peeling off to reveal composite leather underneath. Not repairable, looks like cardboard. I wrote to the company several times, and sent pictures of the damage. I kept getting the same answer…we are sorry, would you please send pictures? The company is not reachable by phone.
Buyer beware. Not the quality they are advertising. Customer service is an automated joke.

ATTENTION Chaussures chères de très mauvaise qualité! En colère et en difficulté financière à cause du magasin KALY chaussures à Guérande. Chaussures bottines "Regarde le Ciel" à 150 euros portées 3 fois et détériorées, non mettables car la très fine couche de cuir (ou peau) sur le dessus est partie dès le premier jour. Refus de les reprendre ou de faire un échange car je cite "il ne fallait pas conduire avec". En outre, ils ont gardé mes chaussures plus d'une semaine soit disant pour les emmener chez le cordonnier. Il a fallu que je réclame un reçu en échange de la paire.
Et j'ai dû en acheter d'autres ailleurs. Car j'ai besoin de chaussures correctes pour travailler.
Et pour couronner le tout, ils me demandent de faire marcher mon assurance...

Great quality footwear, my feet are a little wide and these always fit perfectly!

Unreliable company for online orders, very poor customer service. Orders did not arrive; one order subsequently re-despatched and received, the other still not received and chasing for a refund daily to no avail, no response from customer service. Footwear is high end therefore expect better. Won’t order again.

I paid £109 for these boots from another supplier, and they've fallen apart, with bits of leather peeling off within weeks of buying them.
