James went through my annual review and fully explained everything to me in a way that I understood it. Haven’t through all the charts and projections and explained them fully. Excellent service from Carl Watson and the team at Reeves. I was given the opportunity for review of my current pensions and retirement aspirations. Carl talked me through the process of what was going to happen and when. We then discussed the findings in an easy to understand way and discussed my options going forward. Helpful service
Proactive comms to organise review sessions which helped clarify my current position. Most impressively ( for me at least) was when Andrew Williamson undertook the review he concluded I was better staying put hence has scheduled a follow up call but no further action or therefore fees for Reeves. No pressure tactics. Thanks Andrew.
