Red Lobster Arvostelua 

I ordered takeout from Red Lobster Barrie and was disappointed that the drinks order was incomplete. (The Uber delivery dude went back to collect the missing drink!)
The escargots are actually mushrooms which apparently contain snails. I couldn't find them or taste them. The Shrimp linguine was passable—I can make it better. It was expensive–not worth the price.

Manager Milagros was very attentive and gave us great customer service. The Bartender Christopher made amazing drinks for us and was very polite and always had a smile on his face. The food was also excellent!

This is for the Scarborough location. They messed up my order but the manager was so apologetic and appreciative of my business. Food was excellent! I highly recommend!

Wow... I mean... I'm blown away.... I didn't even know it could get this fantyfantastic i mean... bravo...

We had no reservation for party of 15 at Red Lobster, 8012 Concord Mills Blvd Concord NC restaurant. We were travelling from PA. Greeted politely, Seated promptly. Our server, Uriah W was EXCELLENT. Food served Hot together as a family and Delicious. Uriah handled all our side request with accuracy and a smile. B Daniels, Mgr., It was our pleasure meeting you and your staff. The food was awful, the shrimp was not good and the steak was so small and tough, it was beyond belief that this company could do this to customers. The prices do not reflect the mediocre food and over pricing does nothing to make the experience better. I suggest that you not enter this restaurant, you will be greatly disappointed.

Poor Service, Food sold was not the True Fish that i ordered, Plano business should be closed down now. Spent $80.00 and advised management of food and service and still no adjustment was given or apology was given.

Red Lobster has been my favorite restaurant for as long as I can remember, UNTIL NOW! What are you doing? Changing everything, in a bad way! 2 of my favorites are now gone - the Lobster Bisque and the Walt's Fried Shrimp!!!!! They have replaced the delicious Walt's Fried Shrimp with much smaller, tougher, awful shrimp. And the menu is now a complicated mess! Just ate there on July 3rd. I am so, so disappointed, I don't even want to go back. Again, what are you doing to Red Lobster!?!?

Red Lobster? A joke! It is for years now they keep bombarding me with their ads to a different addressee in the USA. I told them countless times I'm in the UK, and asked them to stop! The "Unsubscribe" button in their emails are an other joke, as it just brings up a window saying:

I contacted them via instagram, this is what they wrote me on 25th of May:

Today is 26th of June and they still sending me their harrassing ads.
Shame on them...

Came here for a birthday lunch today and everything was great! My server was top notch! So nice quick and helpful, even had a complimentary dessert! My food was EXCELLENT❤️. I forgot how much I enjoyed Red Lobster, hope this location sticks around for a long time. Great choice for my birthday.

The Red Lobster in Fredericksburg, VA., was terrible!
I'm sorry that I can't rate it less than one star.
When we ordered our meal, we asked if we could have extra butter, with our biscuits. We didn't receive the extra butter until we finished the biscuits, which we no longer needed. It seemed as though, we were on their time. "Kay" was our server. I don't think she has been waiting on tables very long. She was unorganized and didn't seem to care very much. She only stopped by our table when it was covenant for her to do so. A big problem that they have is that they DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS TO CRACK CRAB LEGS (crackers and prodding tools), which Kay did not mention when we ordered. So we had to send them back because we couldn't get them opened with our bare hands. Then we had to wait an additional 20 mins. to get something else.
I would never go back here again!! It's no wonder Red Lobster is going out of business.

The pick 2 or 3 items have changed. They took off the fried scallops/fried fish and it looks like they are forcing people to eat things one way. The rice was real bland and dry. I decided to just order fish and chips. Very disappointed. I have never seen this place so empty.

My sons took me out to our local Red Lobster for Fathers Day. Got there at approximately 6:30 pm and waited until tight at 8 pm for our meal to hit the table. Right away I noticed my lobster tail did not in any way resemble a lobster tail. Then realized everything on my plate was less than luke warm. Both my sons were the same. The crab "Cluster" on my plate was missing 2 of the legs. Called for a manager and he offered to "Remake" our meal. I told him no that we weren't waiting another hour and a half for an expensive sub-par meal. Paid for our drinks and left. NEVER AGAIN, Red Lobster!!!

Had a great meal at a reasonable price. Drinks are cheap too. Shame they are in administration hope they survive.

Tried the shrimp sampler 3 for $20. They had to be the smallest shrimp I’ve ever seen. Don’t order this item huge rip off Then cheated $2.49 for a side salad as one of my sides I selected. It’s lettuce.

More like what went right! I can tell you exactly why they're going out of business and it has nothing to do with shrimp. We got to the restaurant we're seated immediately with almost nobody in the restaurant. Mind you, this is Friday at 7:00 p.m. it took more than 10 minutes for them to come take our drink order. We didn't receive our drinks for another 10 minutes. We ordered 20 minutes after getting there including an appetizer. We did not receive an appetizer. The cheddar bay biscuits were not real. I don't know if they were frozen but they aren't the old biscuits. No extra buttery grease type of stuff all over your fingers that you're wiping off for 2 weeks after. No little chunks of cheddar cheese barely hanging on. They were terrible and we didn't get them for more than 25 minutes. We were brought one cool basket after our food came. My wife ordered a steak medium well and received it medium rare at best. After eating we waited 10 minutes for the waiter. We asked for a ticket. Mind you we already didn't receive our appetizer and no drink refills were offered. Instead of bringing us a ticket he waited 5 minutes went and took another order and then went and flirted with the waitress while I went outside so mad and my wife got up to get our ticket. This was the worst experience at any restaurant I have ever had and by the way the scallops were fake. That's right 100% fake not real scallops some kind of stuff thrown together I've been eating scallops for 50 years plus. The worst service the dirtiest restaurant tables dirty with nobody hardly in the restaurant. There may have been 10 tables of customers while we were there. That's the Red lobster on 13th Street in Columbus Georgia.

This was the worst it has ever been. The food was cold and the waiter was awful and he was hateful to us and I was not a happy person at all after that.

We were seated at a table and waited for 10 minutes. No one took our drink order or came to our table. I got up to ask if anyone was going to wait on us; no one came to our table. I waited 5 more minutes and got up and talked to one of the waiters. I explained what was going on and he immediately waited on us. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager came to our table and apologized for the inconvenience. The place was almost empty and I let him know there was no reason to make us wait. He agreed and offered us an entry. The place was about 90% empty and several workers were present. I don't understand the reason for the lack of service. We will not be going back to Red Lobster. If it wasn't for the young man that jumped up to wait on us, we would have walked out and gone next door.

Best rolls/scones/muffins I have ever eaten in my life! Very nice waitress and management at Overland Park location. They could clean the recently vacated tables sooner, but that's all.

I hadn't been to Red Lobster in decades, and I was completely surprised and happy about the service and quality of food!
