This is a great service. Back in the day if you lost one wireless headphone you had to buy them all over again. Not anymore.

Item came in excellent condition and works perfectly. Syncing was smooth with the instructions provided. 10/10 recommend!

Compared to the other replacements Ive looked at, RecellExchange offered affordable pricing for a single airpod. Shipping was free and it was sent out the next business day. I received my item in under a week from purchasing! Pairing with my other airpod was super easy.

I was very impressed with their customer service when I thought I bought the wrong model AirPod and wanted to exchange. Their email replies were quick and solved my problem. I would definitely recommend this company based on that experience!

They had what I needed. They kept me updated as far as order status and delivery. When the product arrived it was what I wanted and it worked!

Everything was as advertised. Near new product delivered in two days for a fair price. Synced in seconds, just as described in directions. I checked a few sources for repalcing dead pods and this one came out on top for me. Not disappointed at all. I wish they would offer trade-ins or buy backs for the broken pods. Mine is 18 months old with low usage and just stopped. The plastic housing must still be useful. Looks brand new.

They charge “insurance” and then ship the wrong product (they’ll admit it’s their fault) and keep the “insurance”. Might not seem like a big deal but multiple that out over X number of customers and it adds up. Not to mention the product they shipped didn’t even look like the real thing. I attempted to work with this company and just got led along with repeated canned emails - many times the emails weren’t even cohesive.
Just be aware, saving a dollar or two is NOT worth the eventual headache you will have with this company.
If they respond to this review, trust me, it’s a white washed LIE!

The response is a LIE and their confusion and misrepresentation and lack of customer service and support has been ATROCIOUS!

I’ve saved ALL of the emails and “correspondence” throughout this process and again it’s been an absolute NIGHTMARE!

Ordered refurbed AirPod pros with charging case. They came quickly and work great and saved me over $100.

I was looking for a good value for airpods pro 2nd gen and was glad i could find so many options on Recell Exchange. I got one with a magsafe charger and lightening charging. It's great! I had a few issues that the support team cleared up for me. I'm very happy with the service and will buy here again for any airpod products

I bought a single Beats Fit Pro earbud for my left ear. It works great, it pairs quickly with my iPhone, sounds great, and always works, and receives a full charge. It works just as well as a new ear bud, and it is super clean and looks like it was never used. So 5 stars for this product and the service I received from Recell Exchange. Very satisfied. I ordered a replacement earbud for my beats studio however, I incidentally ordered Beats Solo and when the package arrived, I was so upset about this and thought I’d experience a runaround with the company. However, that’s not the case I sent a message through their contact Us link and receive a response literally within 10 minutes from a gentleman by the name of Chris. Next thing you know, he helped me identify the right earbud for my charging case and immediately processed an exchange for me with a return envelope. I wish other companies provide the same service experience. Highly recommend if you ever need a replacement part that they offer.

Lost my right AirPod and found RecellExchange. I had the AirPod in my hands in 3 days. I also noticed on the day of delivery part of the address was missing. I sent an email and Bruce responded within minutes letting me know he had called and given the driver the missing information.

I bought a product from this company and it was delivered at the wrong address. I contacted Recell and they showed me that they had provided the correct address for shipment (denied wrongdoing) and directed me to contact Fedex. Fedex told me they can't reroute packages from the receiving party's request. They also provided me proof of the (wrong) address that the package was registered for delivery (they denied wrongdoing).

I contacted Recell again which stated they "understood my frustration and regretted what had happened" but that they held up their end of the purchase agreement and that it wasn't their fault the package was wrongly delivered and that there was nothing they could do. I contacted Fedex again and was able to (after many automated prompts) talk to a local Fedex service representative and she tried to get the package retrieved from the wrong address. She continued to insist that it should be the shipper doing all of this legwork but agreed to help me out. She was unsuccessful.

Out 100$, with still no product that I paid for, I wrote a review (which this is the updated version) and sent an email to Recell stating that their help had been deficient and that I was not satisfied having not received a product I had purchased and that I had made no mistake in providing them the right shipping address. After I contacted them with a delivery error, it would have been a lot easier for them as the shipper to file a claim with Fedex.

Recell saw this review and asked if I would consider changing it if they could help out further. Recell finally escalated this, they contacted Fedex and 3 days later, I was told nothing else could be done to retrieve the original shipment. Recell then sent me a replacement package free of charge.

I receive the confirmation email and shortly after, a tracking number.... for the wrong F-ing address again! I contacted Fedex and was told that the shipper (Recell) should contact them for any change in delivery address. I sent an email to Recell and was told that I was already sent a replacement product and that this was not their problem, and to contact Fedex again.

After 4 calls reaching dead-ends with Fedex because I'm not the shipper, I finally outplayed the automated system and spoke to a human customer service representative at Fedex who then transfers me to a local branch. They insist they can't help me because I'm not the shipper. After pleading my case and providing both shipping numbers and convincing them I'm not a scammer, they agree to intercept the package once it arrives in Canada and reroute it to my address.

So did I receive my product? Yes
Does it work as expected? Yes
Is Recell a scam company? No
5 star customer service? I think not, definitely not.

Recell, as the shipper hiring Fedex, could have simply called Fedex themselves to help resolve the shipping error.

Wasn't sure about buying from a third party like this, but their prices were good enough for me to give it a try given the good reviews. I was horrified to realize after placing my order that I had ordered the wrong Airpods Pro Case, and sent their support team an email outside of working hours. I was thrilled when they responded within minutes and canceled my order without asking any questions. My new case, which I bought used came quickly and was very clean with almost no visible wear. Really happy that I purchased from Recell and would do it again despite being uncertain when I initially purchased.

Item didn’t work. Returned for refund.
