Made it easy to get good quotes for conveyancing and survey. We did get bombarded with calls and emails afterwards but that isn't reallymove's fault imo.

Relentless calls and emails as soon as…
Relentless calls and emails as soon as I requested quotes. I thought this website just get me an overview of the best options.
How is it helpful to be bombarded with calls and emails when you're in the middle of making big decisions? It is most of all distracting at a time when you're already getting lots of other incoming calls around a house purchase.
I don't need to be contacted by 15 different conveyancers after receiving their quotes, I really am able to pick up a phone and dial a number myself.

Hi Jessica, thank you for leaving your feedback on reallymoving.
We’re sorry that you received too much contact from our partners.
We do let you know that your details will be passed on to the firms you were quoted when you registered for quotes (and no one else). Many users do find it helpful to be contacted directly by our partners, but we understand that some people may find it distracting and wish to reach out themselves when they are ready.
We will pass your feedback on.
Wishing you all the best with your move. Thanks, the reallymoving team.
constant phone calls and emails
The constant phone calls and emails have been overwhelming. Please be very cautious when using this website.
It may be a useful service, but as soon as I submitted my details to receive a few quotes, I was bombarded with calls and emails from multiple surveyors. I've received over 40 emails and lost count of the number of phone calls in the last 12 hours. It has left me feeling pressured, frustrated, and annoyed.
There should be an option to simply view the quotes first and then decide whether you want to be contacted by a company. Instead, your contact details appear to be shared immediately, resulting in relentless sales calls. It's getting to the point where it feels like harassment rather than a helpful comparison service.

It’s fine
It’s a good website for finding what sort of prices you should be looking for. However, many of the companies on there seem more expensive than other options you can just google. I also got 4 calls within 5 minutes of submitting my search.

Unsuitable quotes and a lot of hassle
I forgot that when you get the quotes, the 6 companies immediately get in touch by phone, email and text for your business. We're in Kent, moving 3 miles away, and hoped by inputting the addresses we'd get some local removal firms. 4/6 were in London and Essex, 1 was 15 miles away, the other difficult to access via a bridge and busy A roads. You have to tell each company to stop, and explain why they're unsuitable. It wastes so much time. I made the same mistake with estate agents, but didn't learn

Hi Nikki, thank you for leaving your feedback on reallymoving.
We’re sorry that you were unhappy with the location of your quotes from our partners.
Though some of our removals partners may be based in locations that are not local to customers, many are happy to travel further afield to carry out the service and provide our customers with more opportunities for comparison.
While this works for most of our customers, we recognise that for some, such as yourself, this may be unsuitable due to the difficulty of their location, which our form may not be able to take into account at the stage of initial quotation.
We will pass your feedback on.
We wish you all the best with your move. Thanks, the reallymoving team.
Easy but be aware.
Used to find quotes for survey, came up with a few, tend to be across country and not local and quotes do not include travelling costs, so beware.

Hi Emma, thank you for leaving us your feedback.
Many of the surveyors on our panel are national businesses. Though their head office may not be based locally to you, which is reflected in our system, they actually have offices and surveyors across the UK. So they may not be as far away as they appear in your quotes.
We will pass your feedback on.
We wish you all the best with your move.
Thank you, the reallymoving team.
