The service at RealCoAgents. com.au is a perfect example of why people don't trust real estate agents. They were very attentive when they were trying to get us to sign the contract, but as soon as we did, they disappeared. We moved into a home that has serious issues that were not disclosed to us during the sale. When we asked for help, we were met with a dismissive attitude and zero accountability. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them to stand by their word. I feel like I’ve wasted so much money on a property that wasn't as advertised.

Our transition into this new house has been anything but the ""peace and comfort"" we were promised. RealCo was quick to take our money, but they have been incredibly slow to address the defects we found. We’ve been living with several house issues for weeks now with no help in sight. Every time we call the office, we are given the run-around or told that someone will ""call us back"" who never does. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers' wellbeing once the transaction is completed. This has been a very costly and stressful mistake for my family.

RealCoAgents absolutely wasted our money and our time throughout this entire process. We found several issues with the house just weeks after moving in, and they have been zero help. Every time I try to seek accountability, I am met with silence or excuses. I wouldn't recommend this agency to my worst enemy.

But as soon as the keys were ours, the agent stopped responding to our concerns. Now we are paying out of pocket for repairs they should have handled.

I approached them with the simple goal of finding a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient home for my family. In the beginning, the transaction seemed professional; the communication was consistent, and the team appeared helpful throughout the negotiation process. However, it is now clear that this was merely a front to secure a signature on the contract, as their demeanor shifted the moment the deal was finalized.

The true nature of their service became apparent just a few weeks after we moved in, when several issues with the property began to surface. What should have been a happy milestone for my family quickly turned into a nightmare. Despite reaching out for assistance, I discovered this company has absolutely no regard for after-sales support. Their "horrible" service and complete lack of interest in resolving property defects have left us in a home that is far from the sanctuary we were promised.

To this day, I am still struggling with unresolved issues in the house, and my concerns are consistently dismissed. There is zero accountability from their team, and I feel completely let down by their lack of integrity. I strongly advise anyone looking for a home to stay away from Realco; they are quick to take your money but will disappear the moment you actually need them to stand by the quality of their listings.
