Reach Sport Shop - UK Arvostelua 

Ordered two England programs last week. I’ve had no email to say they have been dispatched. Been 7 days now. Not happy. Can’t contact anyone . No number . Says 7-5 days to respond to a poxy email. How can you work like that? It’ll be the World Cup before my euro programs turn up. IF THEY TURN UP. I’m hoping this isn’t a scammer site. If it is I’d like to hope there’s a way I can be refunded.

I have been trying to contact Reach to confirm when my subscription finishes. No one replies to any emails or phone messages.

I ordered a printed Manchester United vs Everton programme which never arrived. They sent me a refund when I complained. So I ordered the online version. This succeeded but it seems it is impossible to save the programme permanently as a pdf. You simply get permission to view it for a year. This is not what I paid for. I will not be using ReachSport again.

Ordered magazine 13th January for February issue. Still not received and cannot communicate with them as apparently their office is closed and telephone lines off (information from their website today.) But you are able to order still and they can take your money!
Not sure if this company actually exists. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering.

I ordered three Chelsea/Wolves programmes on the 27th January - payment taken but no programmes have arrived yet.
I have emailed three times to see when they will arrive but have had nothing back. And it’s not possible to call them - the number will not take messages. I am very disappointed as they were for my son’s birthday.
I am at a loss as to how to contact them and feel I may have been duped. Would definitely not use them again. I really hope the programmes do turn up very soon.

Ordered a magazine and it arrived one month later. Though I understand there is a pandemic, the delivery took much longer than expected. There was no delivery status given at all which caused some uneasiness and no communication from the company.

However, just pleased the magazine arrived.

Have used Reach to purchase Glasgow Rangers programmes since start of season, usually delivered day of match.
Excellent service during these times when attendance at games not allowed- would highly recommend.

Tried to order 2 books online twice . The transaction did not complete after entering my details and a message saying Sending to complete the transaction carried on rotating. Their offices are supposed to be open 9 until 5 during the week, when I rang a recorded message was played saying the store was now closed when you are prompted to leave a message the phone goes dead ? They have advertised in the Liverpool Echo and now the Daily Express has anyone had any success with them ?

Ordered two match day programmes two months ago. Payment was taken immediately but despite several emails to Reach Sport Shop, have yet to receive the programmes or even the courtesy of a response.

Update. Just before Christmas 2020 I received an email from Reach Sport apologising for the programmes not being sent out and promising they would be sent in the New Year. Today, 8th January, both programmes have arrived as promised.

Ordered 2 match programs. Charged twice for shipping, didn't really mind as it was cheap enough.

It's been over a month and still not received them. Tried to email company but no response.

Joke of a service. Read their website, if you don't raise an issue within 30 days they won't replace or refund. No shipping notification, no communication and most importantly no items received.

No reviews online either. Don't trust, don't recommend.
