It was very simple to download the software, with clear instructions.

After ordering the software through Groupon, I redeemed the voucher, and within 30 minutes, I received the download link and the code. Very happy. Easy to follow the instructions, but one must be thorough, though. Thank you.

I purchased the Microsoft Office Professional 2024 from them via through a Groupon coupon at a very low price last month. At first I was apprehensive, but they are very genuine and sent me all the instructions to install the Office package onto my computer. They replied straight away when I had technical issues and the matter was immediately resolved. I can’t thank them enough for resending me another activation code. Beware of purchasing via groupon . product stopped working after 3 months as it claimed activation key was not legitimate. complete SCAM and company did t reply to my emails so i've wasted my money

The codes are very good, very prompt when there are problems, and the customer service is excellent

Oredered Microsoft Office 2024 from RC Software on Groupon at a great price .Prompt em ail delivery . Unfortunately when down loading the software my Bitdefender Anti Vurus Online threat protection blocks installation. Stating as follows : This software contains Dangerous pages that attempt to install software that can harm the device, gather personal information or operate without your consent.
Very wary of using this software have not downloaded . Contacted RC customer service still awaitng a reply . ?.
Other reviews have not flagged this problem so buyer beware .

This is a scam. Do not purchase on
Groupon. Their Microsoft Office package states lifetime license, but when you get the product key, the email states that you must leave a Groupon review in order to get lifetime support. Groupon gave me a refund as the license key did not work, but then RCS charged me direct. I had to try a license key three times. Groupon are currently investigating them for unfair terms and enforcing reviews to artificially boost their rating, as this violates their policies.

Completely followed the instructions, but for some reason it didn’t work, tried again and same result, sort of gave up, but a few days later when I tried again it was fully working perfectly, issue could have been that I was not in the UK when doing this, but absolutely fantastic now
