I phoned up expecting to have a problem cancelling the policy and Cheryl was very helpful in cancelling this- I even got more money back than I was expecting, so I was delighted. Call took just 11 minutes including menu time :)

Lack of proper communication
Terrible experience with lack of clear communication at every step of the way. Ample of emails pointing yo the portal but phones not answered. Unfortunately i found them via a comparison website so went with them. Can’t wait for the year to go,

James the representative was very clear…
James the representative was very clear and he had good sign posting and communication skills. Easy to speak with and easy to understand. Something rare these days so i wish him the best going forward and hope he keeps it up.
