Our sales consultant Marquis Jordan showed us a few mattresses after asking what size and comfort level we were looking for. We tried out five different ones and found one that seemed perfect. We also bought a new mattress cover. He helped us find a good fit rather than trying to sell us something. We may be buying a second mattress soon and we will ask Marquis again.

Went to the Elm St office in West Springfield and had concerns about over bearing sales reps who will try and sell you the store. Here comes our nightmare on Elm St shopping experience we thought. Working with Ana M was a pleasant breath of fresh air for my wife and I. She listened to what we were looking for, not pushy and helped find the right item for us. My husband and I Worked with a lady named Sandra Garcia. She was awesome! I had come in on 2 other occasions because I was unsure of what I wanted . Requested her again because she Gave us our space to look until We needed her, what I loved was she wasn’t pushy like some and hovering non-stop making it uncomfortable but was right there and on top of answering any questions we had. I even had to go home and re-check few measurements. Called back and she promptly fixed my order. I can’t say enough good things about her and our experience working with her. I will be recommending Sandra specifically to my friends and family.

We had a very positive experience with Michelle at R&F. She was very attentive but was also patient to let us look around and make a decision. I felt also that she wasn't trying to push the most expensive on me either, which is more appealing! Looking forward to the delivery of my new sofa this Friday!
