Mel Burgos was very helpful in my shopping experience. He answered all my questions and was not pushy about trying to get me to buy anything I wasn't sure about. I'm not a fan of shopping so I definitely appreciated his approach

Antonio was very helpful and helped with me making sure that this bedroom set was right for the guest bedroom and help with me making it easygoing by placing the order and allowing me to go home and measure the space for the furniture and a simple phone call to go forward with the order and I didn’t have to drive back to the store.

I had a pickup date of 11/30. I received a phone call today on 11/29 saying my chair was ready for pickup. I went to the store and was told no we called to tell you your chair wasn't ready. That makes absolutely zero sense why would you call prior to pickup to say something wasn't ready. I feel the store messed up and was gaslighting me because of their mistake.

When I walked in a salesman immediately asked if I needed help. When I told him I just wanted to walk around and browse he left me alone which I really appreciated. I came back the next day and a different salesman asked if he could help me I showed him what I wanted and he sold it to me without any pressure to buy anything else. Nice and easy buying experience

I recently purchased a bedroom set from Raymour and Flanigan, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The furniture itself is of high quality and beautifully designed, which is why I chose Raymour and Flanigan in the first place. The delivery and setup were handled efficiently, and the pieces look fantastic in my home.

However, I encountered some issues with customer service. When I had a problem with one of the nightstands, I reached out to the store, but the response was slow and unhelpful. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received a resolution. This has been quite frustrating, as I expected better support given the price I paid for the protection plan.

Overall, I'm happy with the furniture, but the customer service experience has left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve their support to match the quality of their products.
